The problem is this stupid TikTok generation that has no attention span!
The cinematography was magnificent, the story was smart and intellegent - with the fragmented narrative and subtle changes that makes you question the truth, the whole cast was GREAT!!!
Like this was "Gladiator" level amazing! And I'm never gonna get over how it was so overlooked.
Dude looks 40 and he's playing a highschooler hahaha
Cloud Atlas (2012)
The Butler (2013)
The Goldfinch (2019)
Rebecca is a prime example. Nothing against the actors...and I only saw the snippets... but why fk with brilliance??
I dare any money hungry producer to remake The Sound of Music or Breakfast at Tiffany's or Gone With The Wind or even The Wizard of Oz. They can't. They are classics...but some drip thinks he can remake Rebecca??
I understand modernising A Star Is Born or even Carrie, but classics like Little Women which remain in the same period?? Just why?? It's insulting to the original!!
