Going to the gym at the same time is one I've never heard. Which is probably something only retired rockstars and wrestlers can do :) Unless you don't have any life apart form fitness.
Literally just swapped this over about a month ago after finding my back and shoulders would take over after working them out before.
But doing biceps before legs, you can destroy them and then do the leg workout without any other muscles jumping in
