Drinking a litre of water first thing would set me up for a morning of going to the loo every 30 minutes, which is inconvenient if you have an hour and a half commute to work. I prefer little and often.
Oh man I need water I force coffee down then drink a full cup of water in the morning.

Soon as you realise that majority of people at the gym aren't judging you it becomes a lot nicer place to be but please if you're that guy rolling up your sleeves to flex at the dumbbell rack just no. You have a house that you can do that in.

Hmm, these sounds like all the tips everyone give you, all the time.
Going to the gym at the same time is one I've never heard. Which is probably something only retired rockstars and wrestlers can do 🙂 Unless you don't have any life apart form fitness.

Instead of training biceps with legs, I added a dedicated arm day at the end of my Pull, Push, Leg split so it's pull, push, legs, arms, rest , repeat. And I recently put my pull day first so that my back had a days rest before I did a deadlift variation on leg day for my hams, since my back is worked too. I started doing a simple push, pull, leg split when the pandemic fist hit about a year ago with just my old interchangeable dumbbells I've had since highschool, and I've slowing tweaked it. Now I've got a nice patio gym set-up with a power rack with a pulley attachment and now I can workout every night when I get home all while smoking pot and watching cartoons! I haven't really changed my routine other than small tweaks and I've seen major gains so I don't plan on changing it. Like you, Simon, I'm PUSH PULL LEGS FOR LIFE!

Training biceps with legs.
Literally just swapped this over about a month ago after finding my back and shoulders would take over after working them out before.
But doing biceps before legs, you can destroy them and then do the leg workout without any other muscles jumping in

I change my program so I don’t get bored but the formatting is the same
For me I was training every other day as I get DOMS so gives myself a break so I don’t over do it & I tend to do triceps after a legs session as a cool down. Love you’re channel dude, wondered where you went after Whatculture. Stay safe during this next lockdown 🤘🏻
