I kinda disagree, game engines are getting more and more streamlined and easy to use every day, we have things like Unity, Unreal, Godot and construct 3, that are honestly as easy to use as core or roblox, in fact core and roblox are more annoying to use at time cuz they can get pretty clunky, and both roblox and core use lua, and not to be that but....... lua really, I feel like using platforms like these only limit you, you can make a really cool game in core but then you can't put it any ware else, you won't really be considered a real game dev buy the game dev community ether, all most all game jams for example don't accept games made it platforms like these, it's kinda a was of time, the only way I see it being useful is for online focused games, as you don't have to pay for servers.

this is my personal opinion at least, don't attack me plz :p

If you get into Core start a new project and immediately go to Community Content which has a TON of pre-made assets with coding inside many assets. Great way to learn.
