We need competition. Lookman is good but he average. Raphinha having a good season doesn’t make him a world class winger, facts. No disrespect. So bringing in Nico Williams will be great and the squad depth would be fantastic. By the way Nico is 5 years younger than Lookman, he’s got the hunger and he is familiar with almost all the boys in the squad which will make the transition smoother.
Barcelona is interested in every single player on the market apparently…you hear of their interest ..then you hear that they are going to lose out on this player …LA PORTA HAS ELECTIONS COMING UP and he LIES Like all good politicians…i dont even take Barcelona 's interest in a player serious anymore, ALTHOUGH I MUST VEHEMENTLY STATE THAT LOOKMAN IS OUR GUY EVEN AT 60-70 MIL. Lookman is good and all but Nico makes so much more sense to bring in than any other winger. Hopefully we can bring him in next season.
