NOTE – To get the controller working, I had to go into the game’s properties, navigate to the controller settings, and enable Steam Input from the dropdown menu. The game could use a performance patch but it runs on the Steam Deck without major issues. Online mode also works and I was able to connect and play a match without any problems.

NOTE - To get the controller working, I had to go into the game's properties, navigate to the controller settings, and enable Steam Input from the dropdown menu. The game could use a performance patch but it runs on the Steam Deck without major issues. Online mode also works and I was able to connect and play a match without any problems.

I cant get pass the press any button screen the first time i downloaded the game the buttons worked i had no issue but i factory reset my steam deck recently and reinstalled the game and now i cant get pass that press any button issue

Everyone use proton ge it works if ur having problems the game runs amazing the only problem is the graphics i feel like im playing oj a nintendo switch but its fine

edit" for anyone having problems getting contrls to work go to controller settings while in agme and click currnet button layout go to search and look for the xbox controller layout and apply... for some reason that gets the gamepad to work

Should i connect a ps5 controller causs i cant get past the stsrt msnue i followed every step but it still dosnt work will this get fixed or should i refund the game i tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still it dosnt work pls can anyone help me out im a huge bleach fun and i just wana play the game i bought

@Deckwizard I'm on steam deck lcd and im trying to get the controller to work. I enabled steam input but it's saying "changing requires restart of game"

@DeckWizard how did you make it work? I'm on SteamDeck OLED, with bleeding-edge Proton Experimental, and the game is stuck in the title screen, stating "press any button", but pressing any button does nothing. Only "Y" works, to exit the game (so I know the controller is recognized).

Sub-40fps for a game this simple is just pathetic. Especially when the game defaults to 60fps. This isn't any more flashy than a Naruto game, and those work just fine on SD.

Thanks for the video, my game crash on loading screen… what can I do ?

+ in the character selection screen, each character appears completely black, and when I start a fight, the game stops and crashes.

I really hope the day 1 patch improves it a lot. 30-40 fps In a fighting game is not optimal whatsoever.

Im trying to play on non OLED, tried all recent proton + ge, cleared cache, checked game file multiple time, I can go into menu but characters have black silouettes and if i play a match it crash instantly
