It is recommended that you do cardio exercise at least 20 minutes a day and strength training at least once a week. But two days a week of strength training would be better with 48 hours of rest between each session. This will enable you to become and maintain your self as a fit person. Paul, I lost 180 lbs. almost 9 years ago. I have maintained my weight loss by following my food plan and swimming/ going to the gym 4 days a week. I went from a size 36 to a 6 on a 5' frame. Along came Covid, close-downs and no pool or gym. I thought what will I do? I "found" 10 lbs. and freaked. I accidently found you on the internet and started going to your seated exercises. ( I had several back surgeries and the water was good on my bones!) So now seated works for me until I can get back into the water safely. Did I forget to tell you that I am going on 69 years old?!

I am SO glad I found you! I'm battling Metastatic Breast Cancer in my bones. Due to side effects from strong chemo/radiation 6 years ago, I can't move very well or for very long. My doctor has limited my exercise sessions to 10 minute increments, 3 times a day, if I can handle it. Sitting helps, because I can't balance very well. Your workouts are not only entertaining, they are inspiring. I love your smile & attitude! Thanks again!

This was awesome! Love the power workout.. I think it would be great to level up in increments of 15/20/25/30. I think it would help build endurance. Again, another great workout.. Although the summer will not be ready for me, I will be ready for the summer 🙂
