Thank you for the laughs, the inspiration, and the discount on those headphones 👍🏻

@jonoharper4729 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Are you going to be using any steroids during this process?

@jimmccaw7518 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Love the videos Mark. I’m in a similar boat. Lost 7 stone but lost my way a little with food and training and have 2 st back on again. Need to find my way back. Love the videos. Love the honesty. Love the humour!! Please please keep them coming. You’ll inspire me 👍👍👌💪

@BraveJake March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

2:55 is straight facts.

@ront2857 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Mark, where are you at with TRT these days? Just wondering, as I am considering my options going forward having been on it for 9 months…

@ajaopify March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

IMO , your body is going to adapt to not eating until 2PM and you'll still have to adapt to not overeating there. You may want to consider, for better well-being, enacting a forever plan and using that willpower to only eating when you're really hungry and controlling portions, sat fat and empty carb intake. I know it sounds duh obvious but if you workout like your planning, it should work and be more fun feasible. Either way, good luck!

ah my biker runner dude is back on the feed

@stargazerbird March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Moving made a huge difference to me. Went to Singapore – got slimmer and much fitter. Moved back to UK – got fat again and fitness slipped a bit. Running in winter sucks so hard. We got a treadmill a month ago and now there are no excuses.

@McGnarly76 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

You have an incredible property, a beautiful wife and seemingly full life. And you’re already more fit than 95% of the adult population. Give yourself some credit.
That said, looking forward to watching the journey and seeing you collapse off that zwift bike 🙂

@jimsinthailand March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Perfect timing. I needed to hear this

@jamiemilligan2879 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

I am looking forward to seeing your progress! I'm in a similar boat – I'm either very fit and 110% or completely off it and have a strained relationship with food….
After watching your videos I got my testosterone checked and it was very low, started TRT with Leger (2 months in now) and i can already feel improvements so a BIG thank you!

@michaelheyes1023 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Looking forward to watching the progress. Am in a similar position now, pre kids sub 17 5ks post kids sub 20 would be a dream. Although I am actually enjoying this stages of fitness than 10years ago.

@HMCervantes74 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

So I am totally speechless. Listening to you was almost as a mirror conversation. I also discovered this year the miracle of IF (AKA = Not eating) and can say it does work…Question: what bike is that to the left? Keep Sharing content. it is Brilliant. Kudos!

@matthewcole351 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

As someone, like you, who has gone up and down in weight, how do you get rid of, or deal with, stubborn saggy bits, especially around the middle? Please help

@roboliver9980 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Never been a “fast” runner 7.45 to 8 min miles for a half was my peak but now struggling to get below 9 mins is mentally painful. Glad I’m not alone in that. Will keep going and hope time and miles improves things.

@Next_Pwr_Alex March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Good luck Mark. On a similar thing myself, not that i was ever as fit as you.
Just booked a 10k to keep me hitting the road for the next couple of months at least
Kids snack cupboard is still there though, that's the real battle

@ForceMassMotion-b6v March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Good lad..

@rogerfarrow8650 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Treating exercise as a hobby not as an obsession… thank you! I’ve been getting very obsessed with archery recently and it’s tipped into a shopping list which.is really impacting my spare time! Back to it being a hobby!

@chiangui24 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Long time subscriber. I would counter one thing you said. If you think something you did as far as diet worked earlier in your life, the fact that you're not satisfied with your current state means that it ultimately didn't work.

It is very good that you're getting into weightlifting seriously.

@andreg1860 March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Shokz is a great sponsor!! My wife got me a pair after I lost 1 of my Beats and the new ones weren't out yet and the Shokz are great for sports or active people.. super light, sound good and you are aware of surroundings when running or riding my bike!! My watch and my Shokz are always with me

@Hawlkeye-e9p March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

did you know applying d3 to your scotum will raise your testosterone 400 points in 3 weeks. i didnt either but per the blood and hormone tests it made a huge difference in a short amount of time. they found out during all the covid testing the testes will absorb d3 directly and convert to testosterone.

so all this talk about low T is bs. its due to not sweating in the sun and having it run down to the crotch area and not showing it off.
its the water that strips d3 from the body.

@Hawlkeye-e9p March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

after 40 its takes about 3 months to get back. i just did it at 55 and boy did i learn some stuff.
1. get your d3 to around 90 mcg on your blood test. i microdose zink daily along with some boron. i take magnesium dioxide at night and i take beef organ capsules daily.
this was the ticket for me. took about 3 months to get back and i had to sleep alot. eat alot but it worked.
for the first two months i would blend 4 dates in 2 cups of water and it made a huge difference.
one huge mistake was trying to cut during this time. do not do that, load protein water and cabs, eat all you can. then after 3 months taper way back and cruz.

@NzTim March 27, 2025 - 7:43 pm

Do you run etc fasted or do you change your IF windows to allow for food intake before or after runs like parkruns.
