What i found throught my infantryman career, 10 minutes running, rowing, cycling all without stopping and do 3 rounds.
Also, the punching bag is absolutely irreparable!

awesome stuff thanks Gabriel, I love running but having some intense options for cardio helps me switch things around and never get bored
If you don’t want to run. The simplest thing is to get on a stair master for 1 hour 3x a week ( try to stay in zone 2heart rate for at least %80 of that ) If you can survive
Superhuman cardio is called Boxing.
My students are going to "love" that bag drill.
Pro tip: You can get some shin and ankle conditioning in during the skipping drill if you are a garbage skipper like me.

Gabriel please please make a video on how to pace myself in a fight. My conditioning is good but cause of me not able to pace myself o get tired. Please help! I m going to have my first muay thai amateur fight next month!

Running is good. But it's steady state cardio, which, unless you change pace to occasional fast sprints, doesn't simulate or train the anaerobic nature of a fight.

What do you think about sprints for cardio
If anyone can afford a VR headset, that game Thrill of the Fight is insanely good cardio. Total game changer, it’s like shadow boxing but you get a “real” opponent so you don’t have to visualize an opponent like regular shadow boxing.
Edit: and of course everyone wants to win, so that’ll push you to work even harder.
