Glad I found your channel I well needed fitness influance. And it fresh not to have that affiliate garbage as well. Turning 50 next year and starting to gain weight. You have spurred me on to get fit again and set my self a challenge.

I wonder if the camber in there was intentional, easier to wash the floor if it was used to house animals. Love the lights 😍. Traditional lime wash helps the walls breathe, new materials can stop that and you end up with damp 😪 I think you need a picture of the duck pond podium 🤣

Why not just ride a real bike in the surrounding countryside rather than lab-ratting yourself on Zwift static contraption?

The sloped floor is probably by design. Old barns used to have that so the animal waste runs down to one side for easy cleaning.
