It matters ,if u r from iit ,Harvard and mit (Massachusetts institute of technology ) then you have job security (college tag)
Many employees from common colleges with best skills are thrown out due to fact of their background and college so yeah they do matter . I will name this as college casteism in big mncs. Besides iitians are only in managerable role due to their leadership (I presume) and intelligence.
I'm 1st yr B Pharmacy student and here I can't take a high paying jobs
So WHAT ARE THE SKILLS TO BE LEARNT to join a IT SECTOR WITH HIGH PAYING

Hello sir can I get software engineer job in Google without any BCA or BE or Btech degree. Job just based on skills and great projects……🙏🙏🙏….please guide me sir I am so confused because I am 22 years and it take a lot of time to take a Btech or BCA or be degree….. please sir…😭😭😭
All that a good college gives is lock you up with decent people who want to do good , so you are bound to not fail at least.
Hii sir . I actually need a suggestion. I m basically frm civil engineering background nd completed my degree in 2017 after that i wasted 6 years for government job preparation. I have interest in coding. If I join masai school at the tym of placement wd there be any issue wd career gap ?
Yes it does. Always. and it has to be a STEM degree. Any other kind companies will straight up ignore you. I know what I'm talkng about. The tech youtubers reality is incredibly different from real world 🙁
30 yr old with no eng background no degree with a 2yrs gap learning to code n dsa this really helps n motivating. Thanks coz usually people demotivate alot n make u feel it's impossible n u cant 😢
Felt good after hearing ❤

Hey currently AI outperforming mediocore coders and there are arguments that we can build a complete website using AI tools. What's your toughts on that? And if it's true what technologies should we learn to get that high paying job.
loved it
Sir, How can we contribute to open source , could u please tell ?
"It's not the college that helps; it's the people around you"
Felt this many times and hearing it from experienced iitian
Guys really world is changing after this internet boom companies are becoming intelligent they are not Doing mass recruitment now they are doing mass job cuts.IIT is also becoming victim they will only hire greatest talent from now as many college graduates are available
1. Become genuinely interested in
coding
2. Contribute to Open Source
3. Do a good side project
4. DSA become really good at it
5. Work at a start up.
In my opinion, he talk with good intention and filling with honest… these should continue like this

I'm from a tier 1 college, but my branch is non-circuital. I'm finding it way harder to get into the software field. Any tips on that?
Great insights as always. I share your videos in my 1000 group of batchmates group to make them inform about reality. I found you as an rare genuine guy on youtube who is just spitting facts and helping us. Where can we connect with you ?
I'm currently a web developer with 1 year experience with react, but i feel like web development won't be a good pay job in future. It makes me anxious and feels like i should learn more things or i would be obsolete. Btw I keep upscaling myself learning new frameworks
