I’ve almost finished my S&C degree. I was thinking of different drills to improve my agility you had some really good ones there thanks for the help. There’s so much more to gym than squat bench and deadlift. Plyometrics, speed training and agility drills are just as if not more fun to do because it’s developing the body in ways classic bodybuilding could never do.

Can you discuss the type of shoes one should wear when training on different surfaces? I find that I slip a lot in my current running shoes when running on grass.

Just play some sport like soccer 2-3 times per week. And do 3-4 gym workouts. You will get all this adaptations while having fun.
