Tom Pelissero broke the news this morning and joined The Power Trip to talk about his report that the #Vikings have rejected “multiple” trade calls with other teams for J.J. McCarthy and are “not pursuing” Aaron Rodgers.

Dont need the bullshit he brings
Pursuing a veteran QB through free agency or the draft unless I’m missing something you won’t get a veteran QB in the draft
To radio guy looks like a skinhead.
Favre might have been a diva but he was a great teammate with a happy go lucky personality that was fun to watch. Rodgers doesn't give two craps about anyone but himself and doesn't care if everyone knows it and his production on the field starting showing because of it. Skol
Aaron Rodgers comes with a boat load of unnecessary drama and distractions. No thanks.
Really 100 million for Wilson please past joint around
For all of you doubting Tom here, it should be noted that he has CONSISTENTLY been the most accurate reporter on the Vikings. You can quibble with just about any reporter, but Tom is the most connected national reporter to the Vikings. We also have multiple reporters from different networks stating that Aaron Rodgers is highly unlikely to come to Minnesota. This was not the case with the other rumors, as they all originated from The Athletic. I bet that the Vikings had talks about this (because they are responsible), but they ultimately came to the (correct) conclusion that he is the wrong fit.
How to not say anything of sustenance for eleven minutes straight, with Tom Pelissero
I just saw an article saying Russell Wilson is "poised to sign $100 mill" deal w/Vikes
How do you add a veteran qb through the draft?
By the end im convinced tom had zero communications with the team about this, literally all just his speculation on the situation. My takimg media talking points bingo card is blacked out..
At this time… duh they haven't made an offer yet, what a non statement
Didn’t Rodgers say about 1-2 years ago he wouldn’t want to play here. Because after he got hurt by Barr he thought the ‘joy’ this fan base got from his injury wasn’t right? Now he changes his tune? What am I missing….
“They still intend and plan to add a veteran quarterback whether that’s through free agency or the draft…”
LOL WUT. 🤦♂️
Thank goodness that Mike Lynn is no longer the GM for this team. It’s just my speculation, but Lynn just might of traded away McCarthy for truck of draft choices. Just the reverse of what Dallas did in the Hershel Walker deal.
Isn't this the same goof that said the Vikings were re-signing Darnold for months?
