Thank you so much for your workouts, I start off at almost 18 stone and kept gaining then losing weight bec I couldn’t find the right workouts to stay consistent and motivated. Your workouts changed all that and I am now working out every day and the variety of workouts you do means I never get bored and stay on track with my weight loss journey. My weight is now 16,4. My aim is to be 14 stone at some point this year then eventually 12 stone. Keep doing what you do as it really works.
