I hear they won't play MP3's…. I know it is stated it will but I am seeing comments on Amazon saying it does not play mp3…..
This would be great toy if it could support Rockbox.
The only thing I dont like, its that it doesnt work with airpods. The latest update brings new features but still no airpod compatability.
Hi, do you have any 'actual cassette player' (that are similar size as '90s Walkman or personal stereo) that you recommend? Something decent, good sound quality and build quality.

Thanks for the review. As someone who doesn't use balanced output, the Hiby R1 seems like the more feature-rich option to me.
I received mine a few days ago, and I'm loving it. I really wish that Fiio would've gone the same direction as the Retro Nano with its removable battery function, but other than that, it's perfect and does what I want.
