all sounds good but i am sure there is a cost to this program and any cost eliminates my participation, but good video anyways

LOL—hilarious clips of the dog recoiling from his image in the mirror and the old guy doing squats! I needed a good laugh today and got two!! I also appreciated the point made about increased strength coming from neurological connections.
