Avowed is a fantasy RPG created by obsidian Entertainment the minds behind Fallout New Vegas grounded and pillars of eternity. The game is set in that pillars of eternity universe but gives you a first and third person real-time combat experience. Xbox gave me 2 hours hands-on preview of a vowed on PC and I turned that into an 8-hour playthrough. Let’s see if avowed lives up to the hype.

Ayyyyyy thank you so much for the kind words on the music! It was absolutely critical to me to nail the feelings that these types of games give me, and I'm SO glad to hear that translated through to your play through experience. Can't wait for you to hear the rest of the soundtrack. While I'm a bit biased, obviously, I think there are some pretty killer moments later in the games score!

XBOX gave you a 2 hour preview but you played on a PC because that is the superior version, and they didn't want you to walk away with a bad impression for when you make this preview video?

You can also play in third person I looked it up and it’s releasing the day after my birthday because my birthday is on Monday 17th Feb

Solid preview, but i hope they patch/fix walking animation. At 1:33 The arms look like you are running and shadow is walking lol.

The game looks fantastic. I am so glad I kept my Xbox Series X after picking up the PS5 PRO. GamePass alone makes the Xbox completely worth it, especially when combined with PC GamePass and PC Play.

I saw a video of an interview and I thought all of many of the Xbox titles will be available on PS5. Is that correct ? I would love to play this but only have a PS5 and a switch

I love the fact they gave us players the option to choose our perspective, I was uninterested at first because of the first-person now im excited and even more interested about it because of this addition
