Change your title out of respect for Wim Hof man. It’s not ‘dark’, neither a ‘secret’.

It’s his story/background and always is transparent about it.

Ask Christ to hold your burdens, for He is the only one whom can, and in order for someone to hold up your burdens they need to abide Him in order to do so. So really ultimately it is He always, and it’s prideful to think that you can hold the world on your shoulders or hold everyone’s burdens on your shoulders alone without Christ when Christ is love. Holding everyone’s burdens without love, will result in misery and cause you to hurt yourself and others. It will make you bitter without love.
He loves you. Abide in Him.
The Burdens are heavy, give it up to God, and keep carrying your cross up the hill of Gologatha.
Abide in Him whom holds the world on His back.

I remember listening to this story many years ago. I remember feeling very sorry for Wim’s loss. I didn’t understand what it would be like. Now I’m back listening to wim because I lost my Step dad to suicide two weeks ago. In one moment your life changes forever. You’d give anything to have them back.

"Painful Past That Led the Iceman to Find Healing in the Cold" would have been a more honest and appropriate title in regard to the suffering he endured. 😕 There are so many far better ways to present something like this.

I think this guy was in such a pain, that he did not care if he, and the pain of loosing his wife so deep that the physical pain could not compare to it. He was is deepest emotional pain
