Forget creating chances, we miss Bruno as a 10 for his goalscoring. Ridiculous striker of a football

@thedeliciousdelightoflivin4636 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

We definitely missed Dorgu. Which is also sad

@Pengboycarti March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

1. Bruno getting MOTM for statpadding while being worse than a few United players and Bassey who deserved the MOTM if it is based on goals and overall performance.
2. Garnacho was terrible again, he's consistently one of United's worst players ever since his arrival and the fanbase never call out his character and the obvious signs he is a bad character with no talent to back it up.
3. Eriksen and Casemiro putting in decent cameos despite the fanbase trying their hardest to scapegoat them when their favourites in Bruno and Garnacho are consistent disappointments and hold the team backwards.
4. Persisting with Hojlund when he does not deserve to play for any top side let alone a 15th place United. He has no talent and the fact that he made it this far in football shows that corruption is a thing in the sport and it depends on the important people your mother knows.

@edbattyee March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

Jokes aside can you please iron that United flag

@lrjones7696 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

I feel a bit numb to the situation at the moment, because I know it’s going to take a while to fix. My main takeaway from yesterday, and it’s pretty obvious, the players (more specifically those we recruited prior to last summer, excluding the obvious like Bruno) are just not good enough.

@bernardkumandja1107 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

Utd need a squad overhaul, good recruitment and also fans who have brains. It's unbelievable how some fans are already turning on Amorim who didn't even want to come mid-season knowing how bad the team is. is anybody expecting Amorim to make Lindelof a workd class players? Real fans will trust the process and be patients

@SirLordTUZO March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

Fully agreed James. In my opinion, if we had Dorgu and Amad on WB yeastarday we would have easily win. BEcause after the frist 25 min we would be probably winnin 2 or 3 to 0. I can understad others, im also really upset and annoyed with the current results. But Im fully on board with the way we are going forward. We made errors, thats why we need to suffer a lot currently.

@Boylo2492 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

You finish where you are meant to over 38 games. Right now we are wjere we deserve, in 15th, and last season we finished 8th.
Today Onana made some very good saves and De Ligt was out best defender. No mention of either though.

@TheleanMachine619 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

Dark days guys dark days

@gregoryconran March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

Young players are erratic, and while all positions have different peak ages, the core of them is 26 to 29 for peak ability, i am not even sure we have a single player in that age bracket, we have players on the decline due to age and players who are too young to be consistent, its a great 5 year plan, but the fans wont wait that long

@worriesinthedance March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

To be frank, i am not too bothered about losing anymore, which in itself says a lot. But how is this football we are trying to play, is in any way shape or form considered progressive?! it is actually insipid! Liverpool early in the season were a hard watch because of how slow the buildup play was but gradually reverted back to quick transitional play and look lethal currently. Beside City very few are playing the possession game these days!

@reganboden2977 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

Wise words James. You truly give clarity through all the noise

@RDJM90 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

Wish there was fans out there who would just support amirom and give him the benefit of the doubt at least until the end of the season. We've a really poor team at the moment and Amirom came in mid season. Let's get him a pre season and some signings and just remain calm. We back him we've got our own version of klopp/pep. He's genuinely that good in my opinion

@blacklightning7570 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

Fella! If the quality of the squad is worse than last season then yes we are worse than last season. Individual brilliance is a part of the game.

Anyway I hope amorim does well next season I just want to see at least one manager and recruitment go well so we thrive.

@joshjlewis March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

The only reason you can’t accept this season is worse than last season is because you didn’t want ten hag and you have put all your eggs in the Amorim basket

@WolePhoenix March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

The reality is Man Utd fans only like the idea of a rebuild. It sounds appealing and aesthetically pleasing BUT none have the patience to undergo the painstaking process to set the club back on track. Errors will be made along the way. It won't be painless. Shortcuts have led us nowhere in the past. I’ve read some comments from fans lamenting how Amorim hasn’t improved any player? Same players fans have lamented being poor and overpaid? The ones they’ve asked to be sold? These are the players that fans expect a miraculous overturn of fortunes? Amorim deserves some criticisms no doubt but all these complaints are laughable. This fanbase has deluded themselves into thinking a rebuild happens overnight. Amorim isn’t getting sacked this season so whatever campaign being pushed by unhappy fans is pointless. He won’t be judged until a good summer window which INEOS must be held accountable for and a good preseason.

@liam5381 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

We are without question, worse than last season, because of the context, not in spite of it.

The context was that last season we had a crippled squad, this season we havent until just recently.

We have regressed, this is not up for debate.

How do we have “fewer options”? Mount and Shaw were injured all last season too.

@Time4utube March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

3rd 8th 🏆🏆harry potter coaching with that lot

@OserojiemenKing March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

You wanna know why we our opps always look better coached than us every week? It's because the people that call the shots at our club are always playing catch-up. They hired man-managers when the game was moving towards system coaches, and we're now hiring system coaches when the game is moving towards the hybrids (coaches like Slot; Flick; Iraola – who have an overarching system but adapt it to the players they have. (Which is why not making signings doesn't affect Flick or Slot, and having an injury ravaged squad isn't affecting Iraiola.)

Why can't we ever get people in charge like the people at Liverpool for instance?
We'll catch up eventually but it'll probably be when the game has moved on again.
Why can't we ever have visionaries in charge?

Amorim needs to go, not because he's not talented but because the game has moved on from stubborn managers who don't incorporate the traits of the individuals they have into their system but want robots who only perform specific functions within said system.

Coaches today are the smartest they've ever been, and the average footballer is more tactically guided than they've ever been: that's why systems are figured out quickly and countered, but the individual remains unpredictable (can't you see that the no 10s are making a comeback and the system robots (Phil Foden) are struggling?).
So we're putting our eggs in the system basket right as its time at the top is coming to an end.

The game is swinging, and the power is returning back to the players – players who can adapt and create on the fly to counter the opposition: and what's our transfer focus; highly intelligent footballers? Nope! We're going for physicality.

This club, man…🤦‍♂️

@vedantkapoor2676 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

We keep talking about a rebuild and even if the fans stay patient. There is a bigger reality which we are ignoring.

Where’s the money going to suddenly come from ?

Why would the players come to united of all clubs ?

@bryanbriby8191 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

I heard you said in one of your shows,that that this season was better than last when amorim got us through in the Europa,i shaked my head when you said that ..we were 8 points of top four when eth left.. ashworth was right in my opinion

@martinx00x March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

When is Luke Shaw coming back? lol

@martinx00x March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

Letting Anthony go was poor without a backup. with Amad injured, we are worst off. Also Fulham was poor with thier missed place passes yet were ended up playing worst.

@mufcmike7 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

State of these comments just show the supporters don’t have the patience for a rebuild.

This isn’t a good squad. Just because they are wearing the shirt doesn’t mean anything, Garnacho in Hojlund in a well run team would be bit part players. We constantly big up youth players and put so much pressure on them to become the savior of the team when the reality is that the percentage of any of them actually being good is incredibly small.

@rowanyt1816 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

I don’t think I’ve ever seen an attack so goal shy in all my life. Pair that with a keeper that loves to chuck the ball into his own net and it’s no suprise that we are where we are.

@iann4566 March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

Hi guys, could you tell me what are we actually "building"?

@Jack-sc3dn March 8, 2025 - 7:58 pm

Once again, this club picked Garnacho over Rashford
