I will take Messi anyday and play double false 9 with olmo/ferran. Lewy and frenkie can't start because for the double false 9 to work we need cassado. Frenkie's creativity can he compensated with Messi on field.

I think Messi said that not because he wants to come back to Barca as a player. There are multiple ways you can play at the new Camp Nou. Demonstration match, friendly match with Inter Miami etc.

Yeah first time admitting Hansi Flick did let us down with his subs, he was giving chances instead of finishing it, well i think we are misinterpreting what PK says, yes he wouldnt have played in that era not only him also Curbasi, fermin ect, rem we only relied heavily to Lamasia because we were having finencial issues

I would gladly have Messi back especially at the number 10 position, man still got it but him being in old means we can’t start both him and Lewy so we’ll need a young striker that can press. This is Leo he will definitely give us Bellingham numbers at that position even at his worst

The game was lost when Lewandowki and Gavi came onto the field ....we lost control and momentum in the game ... Lewa is by far our best goalscorer, however, he still misses clear cut chances too often to be worth his lack of ability to run in behind, press defenders and his overall poor work rate / lack of intensity....Yes Ferran is a brick at timea in front of goal but his movements and work rate creates space and opportunities for others to score ....This draw that felt like a loss is 100% on Flick...

Completely disagreee with pique.. if alex vidal,alexis sanchez ,pedro can play in the same attack or team as pique then lamine 100% can play. Even if he is a right wing like messi as the begginning...messi played as false 9 for years and that wing was open.

With reduced role, Messi can still play for Barca. Modric as he is now, isn't better than Messi and he still plays for Madrid.

It would have been difficult for Lamine to play because of the position he plays. We all know during pique's era the goat was there so it's obvious i wouldn't be playing

Maybe Messi plans to play in the next Legends match. I also think Pique meant that Lamine would not have gotten the opportunities during his generation. Didn’t he debut at 15? He only got a chance because Raphinha got injured.

Hey Mo.. Regarding the Barcelona 4-4 draw.. For the first time i actually blame flick, i think he should have some sort of plan to transition from the highline to the traditional defence setup when needed, and i believe Araujo can be his wild card when doing the transition, he can introduce Araujo and transition to a low block.. This should have been done when we were 4-2 up.. we cant just keep going for goals because as we learned, thats when our defense is weakest, Counters always thrive with strong teams.

Pique is right,unless we all believe he's better than Messi, we've seen alot of talent left the club cause there's no way to compete with him, giovanni is ine of them. Yamal is great but who will he bench between henry,eto,messi or msn? Even if we can try n move messi in midfield, again there's xavi and iniesta. Im glad they're not form the same generation, now we can enjoy his legacy at our club. N i don't want messi back, we suffered in his absence cause of messi dependency for so long,now we have a team we dont need to grt back to that

Pique had issues with Messi so anything he says has zero meaning to me. It feels like Pique doesn't like someone else get attention

Messi was 17 years old when he started first team.
Lamine on the other hand started at age of 15-year-old
Lamine started first team Spanish national at the age of 16-years-old

Lamine won his first big prize Euros at the age of 17-years-old
But somehow couldn't play Pique's time, I don't know what is so special about that era
