Blake Lively’s ‘Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants’ costars America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, and Alexis Bledel release a joint statement on Instagram December 22nd, slamming Blake’s ‘It Ends with Us’ director and costar Justin Baldoni. The actress accuses the Justin of sexually harassing her on the set of their film and alleges that after she raised her concerns about him to their production team, he retaliated against her by working with a crisis PR team to try to destroy her reputation.

The person who has done the most damage to Blake Lively's reputation is... Blake Lively. There are countless interviews over the years where she's been horrible to people. The case mentions a reporter that The New York Times implied was involved with trying to ruin Blake's reputation. The New York Times reporters should've watched that interview, where Blake fat shames the female reporter and implies her question about clothing in a period movie was sexist, and then proceeds to go into full mean-girl mode ignoring the reporter DURING AN INTERVIEW, instead chatting with her co-star. It's actually painful to watch. Ironically, most of what Blake wanted to talk about when promoting "It Ends with Us," a movie about domestic abuse, was clothing. She avoided the topic of abuse as much as possible, even made jokes about if fans come up to her and tell her their being abused. During that movie's promotional time, she promoted her alcoholic drinks, including one named after the abuser in the movie, which abuse and alcoholism often go hand in hand. She also promoted her haircare products, which I've seen a lot of reviews talking about how bad they are. She said in a red carpet interview that she went behind everyone's back and had her husband rewrite an iconic scene in the movie DURING THE WRITERS' STRIKE, thus turning Ryan Remolds into a scab worker. As for people in power, Blake and Ryan are much more powerful in Hollywood than Justin, and certainly MUCH more than the reporter Blake dragged through the mud. I don't know what happened between her and Justine, but what is known, is that movie was HIS project that he bought the rights to, and it's clear from Ryan secretly rewriting things to them having a movie poster that was plot appropriate with both leads in the picture and all three names of the main characters' actors changing to a poster with just her with flowers, and her promoting it like a RomCom, she hijacked the movie. I've never been that impressed with her, and her behavior during "It Ends with Us" just lowered my opinion of her without any supposed campaign to hurt her reputation. She appears to be her own worst enemy.

Every artist has had moments where they weren’t polite or friendly to interviewers. Take Justin Bieber or Selena Gomez, for example. At the end of the day, they’re only human, and if you’re giving interviews every day, you’re bound to have a bad day at some point. It’s not surprising that you might come across as less kind once in a while. If you were to analyze all the interviews of any popular artist and look for moments where they weren’t at their best, you’d find something for everyone.

However, it seems there’s now a witch hunt targeting Blake, where only the negative moments are being highlighted. The truth is, you can turn any artist into a villain if you want to, and sadly, people fall for it. What stands out to me is that strong women—women with their own opinions—often have to go through this. Of course, you’re not going to get along with every colleague—that’s human nature. It’s disappointing that people don’t seem to have learned anything from social media.

It’s sad to see people joining in on ruining a woman’s reputation yet again. This has happened so many times before, and people should be ashamed.

How is her co stars having something to say making this more legit, even if it's true they said that? They clearly don't have the fact right so they don't know what they are talking about and Lively and Reynolds are absolutely flooding the media with lies and misinformation and bits and pieces meant to support their attack on Justin. She has already done him concrete damage with her lies. Show me evidence a real lawsuit has even been filed and then he needs to start thinking about a lawsuit against her because she has done him concrete damage.

Really? If this is even true, because we know they have been putting out false information, including purposely feeding the NYT lies, some of which has already been retracted. Also, the emails were just initial emails and they failed to put out the follow up emails that stated they weren't going ahead with the campaign because they didn't need to because Blake's own behavior was doing the job for them. Also, neither the studio or Justin followed through, they just hired people to protect them because Blake had already hired Leslie Sloan with Vision PR, who also represents Mr. Reynolds, "to plant negative and completely fabricated and false stories with media, even prior to any marketing had commenced for the film, which was another reason why Wayfarer Studios made the decision to hire a crisis professional to commence internal scenario planning in the case they needed to address.
Jennifer Abel was never subpoenaed and was totally taken by surprise when the NYT called her because she knew nothing about it. People keep saying it's legit because documents were subpoenaed, but we aren't even sure they were, there is no evidence of that and we aren't even sure if there is actually a lawsuit or Blake Lively is just saying that because it makes her claims look legit. Someone was pointing out the supposedly court documents put out there were not properly drawn up or signed for court. Is there even actually a lawsuit, or just more lies?

Maybe the movie shouldn’t have been made to begin with. I watched it, it was very boring and didn’t really bring any sense of importance about abuse to me. I hope in the future she doesn’t experience hostile work environment.

I personally never heard anything negative about Blake until she did this movie. I haven’t seen it but did Google the book when the movie was being promoted. Within a few days, I remember there was tons of clips of Blake’s old interviews on my Feed and all the comments were dragging her for her behavior. I only watched one and shrugged it off. I had heard that her and Justin didn’t get along during filming and just figured that the old interviews were in the algorithm from people searching Blake’s name. Her allegations of a “smear campaign” do make me wonder now though if all those videos were brought into focus inorganically by his PR firm instead of the public just stumbling upon them👀 Either way, I guess they’ll get to the bottom of it…
