She needs to take the time teach her in-laws how to change their shipping address in the Amazon site instead of taking the time to go online whining.
A serious malfunction. The delivery person is at fault here. I have had trouble with them before. Not to this extent. Mandy was quite right to call them out. Famous or not, she and her family deserve more compassion and respect than this.
