What is your view on nmn? Great content as always
Don't be fooled, it's the nutrition, training and lots of drugs.
Thanks for the list. Definitely gonna add the glutamine ! Others I’ve been taking for years. You and Meg are the best.💪
Hi Kuba – do you count your Intra and pre workout carb drinks into your daily calorie intake
Absolutely right as always 👍🏼💪🏼👊🏼
Aren't Omega 3's estrogenic for females Kuba?😮
My D3 level was through the roof when I had blood work done. I've been taking 5000iu a day. I didn't expect that!
Awesome content bro 💯
I took D3 for years without knowing K2 was essential.
Glad I discovered TBJP which has both in one pill!
Thanks for the video!
I was advised by my doc to stop vitamin D supplements, (for reference I’m a 5’4 128lb female – muscular/lean/athletic )- I was taking 2000IU daily (live in Canada, short cold winter days)- my bloodwork showed my D was elevated to near toxic levels – seems really bizarre🤷🏼♀️I know how important Vit D is -seems odd not to supplement.
I take 10 grams of creatine a day at a bodyweight of 255lbs, 2000mg omega 3, 2000mg vitamin d3 and 1000mg of magnezium daily. what do you think. im also 52 years of age.
steroids massive too. Don't think you will pack on huge amounts of muscle without those roids guys.. Somehow 'bodybuilders' always forget that
Kuba – I was hoping you were going to say what the top end of VIT D range was for blood work that needed 16,000IU a day. At 3,500 IU/day I am at 173nmol/l (69ng/ml). Though I live at the equator!
Wow I actually got 5/5 of the list. Using all 5 currently
I'm used to grams, can someone please breakdown the iu's, you may as well be talking to me cambodian or something… why has it changed? I see it a lot on bottles. I just end up putting them back.
The supplements are great for Kuba and meggles , it’s also great for me aswell , as a woman Meg is all about training , health and being a great athlete, this is fantastic , Meg represents women and she is an example of what is good , what to take to be the best version of themselves 😊❤
Al ready take 5 of those supplements daily, and have been doing for a lengthy time.
FANTASTIC VIDEO AND INFORMATION, MEG AND KUBA ARE JUST FANTASTIC COACHES AND REALLY KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT TRAINING AND THE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL IS JUST FANTASTIC 😊
Very good tip between the relationship of glutamine and sleep quality
10:18 I'm taking creatine 30g a day, to avoid the stomach issues, consume it with a meal, preferable with carbohydrates
Excellent info,,,what type of magnesium do you use/recommend ?
Hey Kuba, what's your take on probiotics? Could this be replaced out for glutamine or is glutamine more effective in your opinion?
Kuba, do you think intra workout carbs are good for heavy intense workouts if you’re a late intermediate/advanced lifter?
🙏🙏
6:58 I thought Joe was goofing on Kuba, but no that’s the actual name of the product. Nice one, tbJP!
your information is on top, great vid brother
