Thanks for another great reaction to Geoff's solo work. What a wonderful tune for him to release on Valentine's weekend. Love Kathy's cameo at the end…they are a lovely couple and will be celebrating their 18th wedding anniversary this year. I love the way that Geoff arranges music…and does so much himself, including the video editing. He never disappoints with his new releases! Read the video description to the end to for Geoff's comments about the song. They rented this historic house for filming. It's a new location for them and is also listed in the video description. It is now a wedding/event venue in the Orlando area where they live.
No. He's 5'11 1/2" He said so himself once. They live in the Orlando, Florida area and went to this house for filming. It's not the same one from Ain't No Sunshine because Kathy did a little behind the scenes thing for patrons and it was their first time being there.
I don't know if you've checked out the acapella group he's in yet but I highly, HIGHLY recommend Nothing Else Matters for a first introduction to them!!!

Aloha otra vez, Smokey Tall & Lean! Geoff is about 6 feet tall; his wife Kathy, appearing with the coffee at the end, may be 5'5" though. Tim Foust, bass vocalist for Home Free, is who Geoff credits with being the, "real" bass singer, explaining that when he is standing next to Tim, he doesn't even feel like a bass, due the power of Tim's voice. (Tim, aka my baby daddy, has blown out speaker systems with that deep, resonant power…and is also 6 feet tall, with a multiple octave range.) Geoff and Tim can be witnessed side by side in a wonderfully diverse VoicePlay video, "Just Sing." HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Geoff and the Geofftones' arrangement of, "Misty Mountains" provides a low rumble that vibrates my internal organs. But back to front, that house does have a special story for someone else to share – they arranged to use it for the video and went through hell & high water getting it all in place.
Your speaking voice, IMRHO, is a gift. To my ear, there are overtones as well as undertones coming through. So many ways to interpret that, but it is your gift to work with, not for me to impose meaning onto it. Hearing your unique voice, though, is a blessing that I receive with great appreciation. You're seeing misinformation from a joke propagate across the internet by stupid AI propagators. Geoff is 5' 11-1/2 inches tall, to be super precise. His wife is 4' 10" IIRC. So glad to see a new reaction about a Geoff song from you.
That height thing is all wrong- he's around 6 feet tall. If you see him in comparison to Eli in VoicePlay (Eli is likely closer to 5'5" or so) you'll see how tall he is. Layne might be slightly taller, but Geoff is right there. He's not a giant, but he's most definitely not short.
