You should also list your cpu, pc has many parts and this can effect gameplay.

It doesn't look anywhere nearly as good as I expected it to. Specially considering that Prototype 2 came out in 2012 and this looks almost identical. This is just brighter and a bit better texturised. I mean, seriously... 10 years later and this is what you have to show for it? I mean, I know that it's not the same development team (Insomniac Games and Nixxes Software for Spider man 2, and Radical Entertainment for Prototype 2), but still... it's been 10 years, man. Come on!

So idk if my PC just sucks or if the game sucks but I've been having ALL KINDS of problems. The biggest issue has been invisible characters and constant crashes, I've also been getting weird glitches that make me completely invincible which obviously makes nothing a challenge. I also got this yesterday so I expected all these problems to be fixed. I'm even on the lowest possible setting

This game does NOT look good enough to need a 4090. It doesn't look all that impressive at all.

Not to mention it's a port and consoles wouldn't have a hope in hell of running anything designed for a 4090.

This is my issue with PCs. When I first played on PS5, which was my first console, It was so smooth and straight forward that I have stopped playing on PC. I remember when gaming in PC, the countless crashes, setting things up, the drivers, googling & fixing crashes and what not. And in my 100s of hours of gaming in PS5, I never faced a single crash.

This game is by far the worst experience I've had in my gaming history, running on PC. Severe stuttering and freezing through cut scenes and gameplay. Voice sync out. Game crashes even though significantly lowering graphics on a RTX 4090. Do not buy until they fix this junk.

To be honest the port does suck a lot but I could 100% and enjoy the game on my somewhat old PC. Yeah it crashed, there were some weeeeird glitches and stutters but thank god I didn't have to buy a PS5 for a single game.

using 4080 super and it runs everything maxed out 4k and raytrced max no dlss. no need for a 4090

Warning brothers and sisters of the controller. I WARN YOU NOW, TURN OFF RAYTRACING AND OPTIMIZE YOUR SETTINGS. RT makes the game run horrible (saddening because my 4060 TI 8GB was killing it on Spidey 1 and Miles Morales) and it may benefit you to use DLSS for upscaling and FSR for framegen. Even with reflex boost the latency can get bad, and the card may over work itself. Turning on FSR took a bit of the load of my gpu was chugging with.

Also, you may experience audio cut out issues with Harry and Miles. their lines might disapear or cut out.

You need to buy a 3060 instead of your 5090 to be more representative of the average gamer, your using 5090 makes you sound out of touch with issues and doesn't make it very relatable for the average gamer

I run this game at max setting and feels good and looks good with a rtx 4080 super and a ryzen 9 7950x3d at first it was crashing but all it was I had to tune the overclocking from my gpu to normal that’s was the issue

I've got a i7 13620H, 4060 and 16gb ram. So should I get it if I'll play without ray tracing and not on the highest graphics??

I played it, it kind of cool, sure some glitches but as a fan I was not disappointed. But you really need to play the first games to make sense of the story in this one. I did a review on my channel as well.
