@yksnidog February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

Nice video. The end made me laugh.
Playstation 1 – classic home console with disk
Playstation 2 – classic home console with disk
Playstation 3 – classic home console with disk and online
Playstation 4 – classic home console with disk and online
Playstation 5 – classic home console with/without disk and online
Next? "It could be something completely different!"

I predict Playstation 6 – classic home console without disk but even more online. ^^
You can call me a shaman when it happens. 😉

And now, how about the comparison of PS4 to PS5? I think 5 unit of PS4 (original) is equal to 1 unit of PS5, anyone agree with me?

@SpyGuysX February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

@Oushnikghosh234 February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

I'm from the future.. and, the PS5 is out. Also.. the PS4 pro supports 4k gaming, and the PS5 has 4k 60 fps and 8k.. that's all I know.. byee!

@jeffj9213 February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

thnx for this video !
I started playing my ps1 again since a couple weeks ago.
I said to a friend of me that its actually quite impressive that the thing is still working while it sat like 25 years in a box doing nothing.
Its still the playstation I bought when I was a young kid and the weird thing is that I still remember how some games worked and also certain controls / combo's , its like riding a bike after not riding it for 20 years.
I also still use my ps3 , its a really decent piece of hardware and also the first one I bought.
I bought the ps3 because of Gran Turismo , its my most played game ever on it.
Never had the ps2 myself, I dont know why I never bought one….
At the moment I want the ps5 for gran turismo 7 but its really poorly to get in the netherland , also dont want to pay so much money for it yet.
The ps2 is not really expensive second hand , maybe I get one too.
Also even the ps4 is not even that expensive second hand , but if I get a ps4 it should be a pro version wich are still a bit more expensive and a lot less for sale.
But the PS1 is still really playable in 2022 in my opinion , I played my nintento 8 bit and sega mega drive before I played my ps1 and its such a big jump in playability if I had to compare all these game consoles.
Since a couple weeks Im playing worms armageddon with my friends , 🤣its seriously still funny to play .

@prashantjagtap7710 February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

And then comes PS5 ❤️

@jonresanovich154 February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

This was fun to revisit. Thanks.

@codyhaynes5133 February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

Y'all need to update this and compare it to the PS5

@paranoidgenius9164 February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

I'm with conflict with the PS1 memory card capacity. I've heard of the 128kb capacity, so why does it say 1mb on the official one? That's 1,024kb!

@The747Hamster February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

video summary: ps1 was good, but ps2 made a MASSIVE change, but ps3 made a MASSIVE change, but ps4 made a MASSIVE change

@kennethgilomen1213 February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

"A game consele didnt have to do anything other than play games" – Yeah, lets go back to that.

@who-ny5oe February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm
@PrateekSawriya February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

11:39 – I have same feeling about 8k on PS5 so would it be possible at the end of its life cycle probably ..

@Chandro596 February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

I was introduced to gaming first by halo… then ps2 it was awesome we take turns playing racing games fighting games….. but with the ps3 hmm I fell in love….😇

@govnonatarelke10007 February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

Wow the ps2 is 9 times more powerful than ps1

@theromanianalien February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

11:14 the ps4 controller is not the best controller, it feels cheap and it's too small. the best controller in my opinion is the ps3 controller

@quosswimblik4489 February 18, 2025 - 2:26 pm

Specs in terms of simulating reality at maximum efficiency you have to think less than the what most lower detail and physics games run at on such machines. with speculation of the PS6.
PS1
ASCII level representation of Reality with low level 3D sound integration of the environment but most of the physics at 12FPS and most of the frequency information.
PS2
90P resolution 5bit colour with low too mid range sound integration of the environment and most of the physics at 18FPS at a slight bit more loss in frequency information.
PS3
110P res 6bit colour with mid range sound integration, slightly more frequency loss, most of the physics at 22FPS
PS4
140P res 7bit colour with mid to high range sound integration, same frequency loss as before most of the physics at 26FPS.
PS5
160p res 9bit colour with the same issues as the PS4 but with 29FPS
Prediction PS6
Most of the frequency information, 310P, more Physics accuracy than before 15bit colour 42FPS.
The PS6 I believe will be one of the biggest leaps in Gaming history incorporating 1.5nm GAA production with additional Photonic General Inference processors.
