This is a review of the Sunny Health and Fitness Air Walk Trainer Glider Exercise Machine.
The Sunny Health and Fitness Air Walk Trainer Glider Exercise Machine is completely useless. A total waste of time, money and materials.
If you bought the Sunny Health and Fitness Air Walk Trainer Glider Exercise Machine you should return it ASAP. Seriously.

Is totally garbage. I wish I have seen this Video before expending so much money in it. No just dissaponting, it's offensive. Really.
What about the manual treadmill? It has a high incline.
I bought this machine a few years ago and after an exercise routine I could not walk, I was so stiff, I was walking about bow legged so I disagree with this video, I stick in my earbuds, play my rock n roll music and off I go. Fantastic.
Thank you 😊
sorry i keep getting distracted by your package hehe
That looks like the Gazelle I bought 20+ years ago. I still have it and it did help me lose 50 lbs. The range of motion on this one isn't as good probably.
😂😂😂
This is sad to hear. I bought a couple products from Sunny health and thought the quality was better than it had any right to be for the price point.
When I wqs between jobs and had to stop my gym membership a couple free weights and the sunny climber met a majority of my workout needs.
I hope they turn it around
He is SO RIGHT! I owned Gazelle total body years ago and always have wished I had kept it when I moved to another state. It toned my glutes, stomach, thighs ,calves, and triceps in a remarkable way. So I complained enough that my husband saw this thing on Amazon and thought it looked fairly similar and surprised me with it. First of all, it doesn’t support very much weight. But the most important is there is no resistance to adjust on this machine. It does absolutely nothing. I would consider myself one of the older people. I just turned 50 and I can get a better workout taking the 5 stairs on my front porch than an hour in this piece of crap. I can’t even imaging that it would be an option for ANYONE over 70 who needs a smooth cardio. The machine is very unstable and I can get on it for 60 minutes and not break a sweat. And TRUST ME. I am not very “in shape” right now but wanted to be. Not happening with this!
I am one of the 'elderly'. I used my exercise bicycle every day but my knee is giving in. What other machine can I use to exercise my legs without using my knees please
Buy cheap you buy twice, I bought this, it had like five star reviews on Amazon, So I buy it, The Squeaking noise it makes ruins the workout and it wobbles, But determined to get a hundred bucks of value I wear ear plugs and ankle weights going to pound it till the wealds fail. but definitely would buy a more expensive one next time, its a poor mans cross trainer.
Oh, come on. If you do it long enough you will get a workout.
Hilarious (and helpful) review. Thanks for the warning
The glide length is good for people under 5 foot 4 inches with a shorter stride. This guy seems to be taller. So is he accurate for his body size. The foot rest are very flimsy. If you are into zone training, I find it a challenge to stay within zone 2. I am often alerted that I am in zone 3. I hope this helps.
As soon as the foul mouth words started my wife turned you off.
I was just about to buy this on Amazon until I was like you know what let me see what the reviews say and I'm so glad I clicked on your video because it definitely did seem too good to be true 😅
Where did you get those compression shorts?
Worst video review I have ever seen. Just a man in his underwear swearing a bunch! Listen dude NO ONE wants to see you in your underwear. Put Some Shorts On! You taking the Lords name in vain is dispicable!
I have to believe that the Sunny fitness air glider, is a least good for a cardio workout. The comments from
the influencer were really harsh. I have one, and yes I’m one of the “old people “ you mentioned, and I feel
great after I use it. So I just wanted to make a comment, that people use things differently than others, and
to say it’s a piece of crap is only your observation and I Disagree
Man, he really hates this thing!! This guy is hilarious though! Thanks for making me laugh!!
All you have to do is remove the stomach pad and range becomes much wider. I get a great workout on this thing because I lean way forward and then way backward. It's very sturdy so that I don't lose my balance and fall off. The only reason the pad is on there is so that you get used to the flow. After you get comfortable, remove the pad and see what happens.
hello I'm julkar
New sub!👍🏽
thank god for videos like this i almost boght it
If you didn’t have a gym membership and wanted to do a whole body workout at home, what 3-5 pieces of equipment/set-ups would you go for? Stationary bike? Barbell with a weight set?
I just bought this Air Walk from Walmart for $89 and at first I too didn't quite get it. Was thinking 'Man, I gotta haul this thing to the store?'. So I kept messing with it. I knew leaning forward into the stomach pad with bent knees made it a bit more challenging and surpisingly did a good job of simulating walking up a slight hill. But then it occurred to me that my use of the handle bars was wrong. You have to resist their movement (oppose your leg effort) and it makes the entire machine quite challenging like a brisk walk up an incline. I push on the bars now (always pushing), leaning forward, with slightly bent knees to make my legs work harder. If you haven't returned it yet, I highly recommend you give it another try. In 5 minutes you'll be sweating. I also found that you can do the reverse and always pull on the bars and oppose your hamstring muscles (biceps femoris). Then once you get the hang of it, you can push and pull on the bars but always opposing leg effort. It's a great leg work out…shoulders too.
Spot on review that will save people the time, effort and money in a questionable fitness machine !!!
I'm not trying to defend Sunny Health and Fitness, but I wonder if this is a case of a design that's just inherently bad no matter how good the quality. My mother bought an air walk type trainer decades ago. I tried it out and it's just not good, even though it has way more range of motion that this thing. Anyway, I appreciate your videos. I want to get back into inline skating and before I bought a pair I binge-watched all of your inline skating reviews. Your insight was helpful.
Total chad reviewing in undies
I absolutely trust this guy. I bought the original row and ride on his recommendation, and its perfect for me. I went from 200lb down to 170 just using row and ride he recomended.
Ok, those thrusts were funny 😂
What a piece of crap this thing was. If you bought one try and return it immediately.
