Time to start actually using my Apple Watch instead of just wearing it! 😂📱💪 In today’s Fitness Friday vlog, I’m getting back into movement, tracking my workouts, and making the most of the tools I already have to stay on top of my fitness goals.

It’s easy to forget about the little things that can help us stay consistent, but if I have it, I should USE it. Let’s see if I can finally make this watch work for me.

Hi Chich. It's good that you have started to use the watch again. I have a Fitbit watch which is linked to my phone so each day I can see what I have achieved which is a good way to monitor your progress. Setting a steps goal for each day is also good. Regarding weights at the gym like I said previously get yourself a 10-20 lb kettlebell which you can use at home and look up some exercises on YouTube. That will at least help with the stress of having to ask guys at the gym. Playing catch up on your posts as I was away for the weekend 😂

Nice Video! I totally get the social anxiety around the gym. It helped me to go together with a friend and to workout together. Also: what wrist band do you have for your apple watch? It looks sick!

Good video, and good job for creating healthy habits and sticking to them that it’s easy to do, also the hanging bike is very funny but effective, and I hope you have a great vacation! don’t worry about work or anything and just enjoy it as much as possible, looking forward to the video that comes from it though

lmao! well! 🤔🚲 thats ONE way to not lose your bike 😅😅😅…..i'm glad you're using fitness tools to help keep you motivated and keep you going! 💪🏼🤗…I'm hittin the gym tomorrow early afternoon(which seems to be a good time at my gym lol). My mom uses the watch as well to close her rings or circles on her apple watch too! I look forward to your vacation videos! 😎😎🤗🤗
