All in all, i am suprised Ms Shim is so welcoming on the idea for work relocation abroad. At first, i though she'd against the idea since she's at the age of retirement and may seeing the importance to stay in Korea/birth country. Her openness has changed my perspective on ageism as well.

Out of all the variety shows that I've watched, Boss Kim has the most GGANG (guts) Korean. So amazing and cool. Very powerful girl boss. So much respect for her. I love all her eps 💖
I understand why y of them wanted to go, first is a huge change and all of them seem to have families whether it is husband /wife/kids they need to discuss this matters with them cause they might want to travel with you or they might want to stay and you have to decide if you want to be so far from your family for an undifinite period of time. Also they weren't told if and how their salary would increase and how they would live there…
If I was alone with not spouse or kids I would definitely go cause is a great opportunity.

Living in New York with a high paying job, (assumed) full support from a big, globally famous company, with a CEO who cares for the company employees… hmmm I'd take it tbh
what I really love about ceo kim is that she is not afraid to spend money. her ideas are really amazing as well. some people might think it's outrageous and too much for them to handle but she insists and tbh I'm glad she does since it yields a really great income and feedback.
