Please review Ladder

@SamKrumme February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

The only thing I haven't liked about it that it seems very randomized. Like if I click on something else then click back it kind of changes the workouts I have to do.

@tastemyheath8388 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Good explanation. Highly recommend actually showing us how to use the FitBod application instead of explaining by talking… a lot of people learn better seeing it. No hate, just a recommendation! Thanks for the info!😊

@johnmcneil2445 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

What are your thoughts on DR Muscle aside from it being expensive?

@balserito1 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

8 min telling us this the best workout app, didn’t show or explain anything about the app worse time expended here smh…

@wilverperez21 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

What happens if I don’t pay for the monthly plan

@kevinwielemans February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

What is the best AI app for bodybuilding do you think?

@jonathanvatcher2310 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Dr. Muscle has an AI app that seem a bit different than everything else out there (also large price tag) has anyone had any experience with it? There isn't a lot of info online about peoples experience with it.

@andrewnixon7530 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

I’ve been on and off in the gym for about three years. I always love when I’m on, but I loose the drive and end up not working out for months at a time. The variety of this app helps keep me motivated and interested. I know, that’s a me problem of motivation. For me, it has its shortcomings with the weird set ups and either to high or low of weights but it’s getting more dialed in with each workout. One month in and I like it.

Alpha progression does everything fitbod doesn't.

@bumrush5314 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

So I’ll stick with the strong lifts app.

@HSBlackWidow February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

The can be a little head scratching at first but the more you use the app the better it gets. The app compiles data with respect to weight reps and exertion levels to more closely program appropriate workouts in the future. Also, after using the app on and off for a few years, the company seems to value user feedback and has made and continues to make many improvements. I normally just do the workouts as listed and even when things seem counterintuitive at the end of the workout they seem to be positive in their results. However, if you think you know best, changing exercises another exercises that targets the same body part, weight/reps or exercises order is all very easy. Another nice thing is that it will track all of your previous workouts and you can even selected a particular body part or single exercise to see what your previous accomplishments were. Overall, I think this app is better than the video review gives it, maybe because 3 weeks is a short period of time to give a in depth review of an app that it very in depth and complex in its capabilities.

@mikemacpherson2417 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

When you told me to check out your affiliates in the description I did so. I noticed fitbod was there. Are you affiliated with them?

@thisisalice2938 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

I've been using the app for about 3 months now. I like it a lot, I like that I get a variety of exercises instead of the same ones every single week. I sometimes go to the gym with a friend and we do her workout routine, and I can add that into the app and it will adapt the rest of my workouts that week which is hard to do with a lot of the programs you'd find online. I work out for general health and enjoyment and this app is perfect for that. I have it set on general fitness and do push/pull/leg on monday/tuesday/thursday and then switch to a longer full body workout on saturdays

@bbonifield February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

I have been using Fitbod for a couple years, and much more heavily for the past 6 months. I do find that their programming can be a little strange, mostly around supersets and organization around equipment usage in my home gym. The video makes me curious about Evolve AI. I'd love to get more comparisons to understand what Evolve does different. The parts I like the most about Fitbod are probably around the tracking over time. I like that it tracks volume, actual maximum weight, actual maximum reps, projected maximum weight, projected maximum reps, etc. It makes it so that basically every workout you can see some sort of data driven improvement in the workout summary. Does Evolve AI have a similar flow?

@TheTemp3zt February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Im new too the gym community but also been on and off working out for over 4 years. I want an app thats free and just want to get in shape, im 125 lbs with skinny arms legs and a fat stomach, Fitbod doesn’t seem bad but i also don’t want to spend days trying apps. If anybody has any recommendations thanks in advance.

@amirhosseinetemad3094 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

what do you recommend ?

@marvellstarks2434 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

I Love Fitbod

@Benj1980 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Great review thank, I've just started using it and shared your view on the bench press and squat super set to start 🤣
I did a weeks free trial of and app called PUSH which had better AI and on the fly weight adjustment but it does have some glitches and is £90 per year so I thought I'd give this a try before committing.

@MIDTOWNE1 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

I've been using Fitbod for about a month and I'm a big fan because I can program for the home equipment I have. I do have to make some adjustments and I'm still working out the kinks but overall, it's working out well.

@joecowan3719 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Have you thought about running any of the free programs in the BC app? Proven programs by proven coaches.

@BeerkegGarage February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Like this good video. I pay 190 a year for my wife and I to use the BODi app, I use Sagi Kalev's Body Beast program and morph it with Tony Horton's P90X, I follow the P90 calendar but use the body beast work out videos for all the lifting days

@BrimhallBarbellClub February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

It does include EZ Bar curls and EZ bar skull crushers. It also syncs with an AppleWatch nicely but the calories burned are sometimes head scratching.

@johne7212 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Future is awesome. Been using it for over a year.

@carps_gym February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

@BradleyADavis February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Been using this app for years. Really great app but definitely requires a lot of tweaking.

@briand5047 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

I'd never get an app, but I was expecting better than some of the weird programming you mentioned.

@scooobyj8714 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

I have been using the Szat strength app for about 6 months. It has been great.

@babygiantbarbell1014 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

I have been running Big Baby AI for a while, and I have had some decent progress with it. This one looks ok too……jk great video good sir!

@MrBdiddyp63 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Been using this for years. It’s nice but requires a lot of tweaking.

@LukesGarageGym February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Been looking for a program!! I’ll download it now!!

@joeleelillbitt7715 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

I have been enjoying Boostcamp right now but I have only used it for a month

@hyg71886 February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Would you use evolve or juggernaut I’m currently doing Ronnie Coleman’s work out now granted I lift more and got bigger then I ever have but with the equipment I have I wonder is there a smarter better way to train

@samrmills February 7, 2025 - 7:53 pm

Nice review. I actually have Fitbod on deck after I’m done with the StrongLifts 5×5 app. I’m liking the 5×5 with assistance work and doing cardio 2x a week on off days from lifting
