You gained 250k subs since you hit 1 mil 3 months ago, holy shit. Cant say you dont deserve it❤
You got a video on like when to bulk and when to cut????
Wow! Given the constraints of the short video format, I wrongly assumed that the quality of the information was being hampered by those limitations. Clearly, that was not the case. In this video, you make it clear that this information is being targeted to newer lifters. And given the demographics of those who are most likely to be consuming this kind of content, that makes sense. Telling newbies that they need to be training close failure, is not just BAD advice, it's wrong advice. Sure, there are a lot of more experienced lifters for whom this is definitely a message they need to hear. If you meant this to be directed at more advanced lifters, then you should not have titled it Mistakes Every Lifter Makes.
Hey tyler, i'm from brazil.
Why don't you train your neck ?
I think that it will bring more proportion to your body.
Great body shape, but neck is slim and big head.
If you train neck, will be awesome!
Hug!

I'm torn between bulking & recomp. Don't know who is telling the truth.
My lowest body fat was around 14%, and my ABS were visible. Now, I'm back at 22% body fat, focusing on gaintaining muscle from there.

can someone please further explain mistake #3 in simple terms? i got confused. thank you 🙂
WE NEED A VOLLEYBALL VID FROM YOU
Doesn't bulking and cutting provide better results faster than just recomping though? You can build muscle faster on a bulk, and lose fat quicker on a cut. I'm sure you already know this though, but wouldnt bulking and cutting just be more ideal for most people assuming they aren't already starting at a high weight?
I for example have found good results starting at 5'11 150 bulking to 170 over the course of a year, then cutting down to 160.. and I've just been repeating the cycle of bulking for a few months then cutting for a few. My pants size never changed despite gaining 20 pounds.
broke my wrist training bench press to failure :')
Steroids
When you talk about when to increase or decrease the weight, i.e. below 5 reps or above 10 reps. Are you referring specifically to the first set of that exercise? Say the first set I go over 10 reps to failure but then the following sets fall within the rep range, does that mean I should be increasing the weight?
Thanks for your videos I’m just starting out and they help a lot! 🙂
Number 4 is a mistake I made trying to work on fixing it now
The mistakes:
1. Not actually training to failure (0:34)
2. Always complete every rep of every set of your workout (1:29)
3. Thinking your diet is more important for muscle growth (4:06)
4. Thinking you should bulk when your really should body recomp or cut (6:30)
Love the videos, keep it up man
Best natty fitness influencer
my problem is if i dont have the money for extra protein i dont train at all cause i feel like i will lose cause im always trying to lose fat for abs im in this rotation of trying to lose fat then binging the second week , i was able to do 6 months of dieting and training consistently once i locked in the past, then i stopped training much and wanted to get abs still but keep my muscle, i just wanna go aggressive cause i can tell im almost close to get abs i prolly need to lose 20 to 25 pounds in 2 months what should i do?
Keep up the good work
