1) Nobody maintains the same lifestyle after a divorce, unless they have a serious career advancement, and 2) She said she recently took one year off from work, NOT that she couldn't work for a year due to disability. Somehow she was able to support herself (and feed the kids when they were with her) during that year.

My ex wanted 75% of my wages garnished for back chilld support. This went on for about an hour till it was my turn. I asked the judge before we go any further and this may be my mistake but is your last name xxxxxae or ea. Judge ea. Your honor the reason i ask is because iv been forwarding 208 emails worth of bank tranactions certified aproval from bm. Plus 31more emales saying i payed for this and that because she was broke to the wrong email address he said what are they.. sir they are 4 years of weekly deposits equaling 375 a month. And we are currently 50-50 custody so if im correct either this needs to be set to a later date or im going to appeal and get an attorney for a later date because as of right now im currently 7100 usd Over. Judge said send them to me. I said to the judge they are labled 1 to 239 ill send them now. I heard his computer light up. Ding... 239 times. Sir thats everything relevant to this case id like to reschedule and possibly talk to an attorney now, judge to me when would you like to reschedule.. well in 3 hrs sir it gives you time to look through the documents. Your honor i technically have a lawyer i was hoping i wasnt going to need him but hes on retainer. Judge to me. Im going to need 30 days but your continuance is granted. 30 days later to sum up i shouldnt of payed anything and she now has to repay me plus interest

50/50 is 50/50 to me that means no extra for anyone. Definition of 'fifty-fifty'
1. shared equally between two persons or things; equal; even. adverb. 2. equally; half-and-half. That's what the dictionary says and that's what the law should go by. No special deals for women just because they just because I shed a few crocodile tears.

If she can't afford to take them to Strawberry Land to "make memories", that is more to do with HER income. At the hourly rate she says she gets, $23.94?hr., then she isn't an LPN or RN. A job that pays more or perhaps offers OT would make the strawberries affordable. Here is dad supporting 4 children and she only has 2. SMH.

I agree fathers are at a disadvantage when it comes to the courts but I will also point out it's often because the fathers want freedom and the single life again as in my situation after 30 years of marriage - my ex basically left kids when he left me - barely reaches out to them, doesn't help with the parenting - they live 100% of the time with me and he thinks taking them to bush's for dinner once every 3 weeks is being an involved father!
