This one is structured differently, it starts with a short warm up and then the workout includes doing 3 exercises of 30 seconds with no rest, followed by 20 seconds of rest and repeating so on, finishing with a cool down.

I am currently on my . lol and this workout was so nice. I was able to do the movements with ease, more easier than some of the other ones I have completed. This was very nice, and I am not overly exhausted. Thank you
