I gave it up 7 years ago to heal my microbiome and arthritis. Alcohol is a poison and will destroy our microbiome. Just like sugar sadly. We are Nature 🍄‍🟫 Nature will heal us.❤

She didn’t want to ruin her buzz with food is what we can assume if she gained weight after stopping drinking.
Usually, people are bloated from drinking and lose weight when they quit.

I stopped drinking Two years ago. I only drink non alcoholic wine. It’s tastes exactly like real wine and my liver is loving me.❤️😍

Kelly my dear so gracious isn’t announcing her obvious menopause symptoms. Just eat sugar it makes it all worse like alcohol. I am 64 been there done that, except I don’t drink. It’s still kicking my butt at times but the worse is over. Not for Kelly and she is gonna do it on national TV, God bless her. It should get pretty interesting between her and Mark the next 5 / 10 years…………..
