“Sniper Elite: Resistance is a modest retread for the Sniper Elite series, rather than an exaggerated goose step forward. A near total lack of innovation makes Resistance seem like little more than a Sniper Elite 5 remix, rehashing everything from the skill tree to the traps and enemy types, and serving up some sniping sandboxes that are for the most part a bit too similar to locations that have featured in the series’ prior entries. Its bonus propaganda missions are fun but fleeting, and its X-ray kill-cam still blasts balls and brains to bits but no longer blows my mind. Those only just getting on board with the series will undoubtedly find a bit more to like, but I’d argue that on balance, Sniper Elite 5’s superior story sandboxes and otherwise similar feature set makes it a much better buy even three years on from its release. Sniper Elite: Resistance is a solid stealth-based shooter, but it fails to set its sights high enough in order to pull off a truly spectacular execution.”

This guy literally couldnt say anything positive, every positive was counteracted with a negative instead of just giving it a positive and going to the next subject. He is just hating, He wanted improvement but if the game is good why improve, you see Cod try to improve from modern era to futuristic era and saw how that went.

Its the same game, but more glitchi, more stiff, and its the same story than the others, a german officer doing a "secret weapon" that has to be stopped, has nothing to offer and even sniper elite 5 is way better than this game .

Having a second game in a row, take place in France, (which is over-represented in WW2 media, anyway) was really not a very good choice at all. Why not do something original like the Pacific theater?

💡 There should be a literal front line of War that's consistently going on and then let you in infiltrate past the front lines, do missions and then retreat and purchase upgrades, etc. Then as you progress the story the front line slowly moves forward. Also let you wear a Not Z outfit and sneak into places. There's so much more they could do with this series to make it great.
