Every time I forget to log my calories i get fat. I always eat way too much. My appetite is shit. Feast or famine. I'll get it right one day I hope.
I do appreciate your videos and you sharing your journey ❤.

This video is soooo helpful to see. It’s the side of things that aren’t talked about enough in depth. Thank you for sharing!! More of these 🤩

@kailsgross January 28, 2025 - 12:52 pm

Hey so the audio level of the clips you inserted are absolute eardrum demolishers.

“I’m choosing to do this, I can stop at any time” 👏

@Miyakies January 28, 2025 - 12:52 pm

I resonate with a lot of what you said in this video. Especially that cry about not being able to drink as much Pepsi max…. TMI maybe but I’m on my period right now and the pain and cravings and mood swings are pretty bad so I’m feeling quite low about myself today, ate too much too. Didn’t even go to the gym like I usually do because I feel like crap 😭 like I know I shouldn’t feel bad or guilty and this is part of the journey but in this moment I wish I could fast forward time a bit so this pain and bloated feeling could be over!

@terezakukurova9751 January 28, 2025 - 12:52 pm

Your video has really helped me out. I've been through the same cycle of losing and gaining weight for 4 years now, eventhough I'm just 16. These days I was feeling really burnt out, but you always give me hope that there is a way out of this cycle of dieting and body insecurity. Btw shout out to your editing! It's awesome 🙂

@irmasenpai9457 January 28, 2025 - 12:52 pm

incredibly helpful and inspiring video!! thank you so much for sharing. i am curious, how long is one gym sess right now for you with the low rep high intensity approach?

@chars._.graffiti January 28, 2025 - 12:52 pm

Literally similar journey to me in the beginning, im constantly on the move, doing cardio for 3 hours plus, everyday Pilates, 20k or more steps a day and limiting food, i burn normally 1000 cals a day just by exercising, its very tiring but im going to try and improve, it really takes over your mind ❤

@jenniferwilkinson8211 January 28, 2025 - 12:52 pm

Love this style of video 🥹❤️ and so proud to listen to your journey and honoured you shared it with us!! I’d love to see more around whole foods this is definitely a switch I’d like to make as it’s easy to get sucked into processed proteins etc for convenience! Xxx
