Sometimes parents are just crappy you thank them for having you and move on with your life! He will be probably be a great Dad to his own daughter because of his past experiences! Give her the Dad you never had and forgive your own Dad for your sake. Repeating the story over and over doesn’t help you in the long run! I know my Mom left when I was 2 (moved on having another family of 3 kids) my Dad kicked myself and 2 brothers out when I was 16. I have 2 awesome kids that I love tremendously! You can heal!
