Xbox and bethesda keep making public statments that are bassicly putting their own foot in their mouths 😂 Basically bethesda overhyped elder scrolls 6 and due to their studido making it having alot of banks and good game under their belt and the Advancement in taming tec bethesda have backed themselves into a corner And I'm going to be honest I don't expect elder scrolls 6 to be as good as skyrim So my expectation for elder scrolls 6 is basically non-existent Basically if you have low or new expectations for a product when the product comes out you will be plesently suprised

The thing is everyone doesnt have their own opinion anymore. Everyone is an echo chamber for the loudest voices out there. People didnt have instant communucation and relied on reviews for a game. We got up bought a 50/50 game and either liked it or didnt then returned the cd for a different game later it was just us and the game and our own formulated thoughts

elderscrolls 6 needs to literally just up the graphics, expand the world, but keep it just as dense and have an element that creates grand scale like they did with the dragons in Skyrim. It will be a hit. it's not that difficult....

I used to be a playstation fan not any more. 1. Killzone 2. Wipeout 3. Resistance. 3 more games they stopped making them .
The only game's I'm waiting for is call of duty black ops 6 and borderlands 4 that's it.

Biggest problem with people upgrading consoles is no significant drop in price. Even the new Xbox will be more expensive and it only gives an increase in storage. Not everyone is made of money or can justify dropping 5-6 hundred dollars on a hobby as a start up cost. I'm hoping for a a price drop this holiday season.

@XboxReady if Xbox puts out quality games! Especially exclusives. Everyone will want to buy Xbox consoles. Someone needs to tell Xbox heads & phill & everyone over at Microsoft & Xbox, that if they make powerful & simple to use consoles with all the bells & whistles. Like physical disc & digital capabilities & blu ray 4k /8k & backwards & all that stuff. compatible all that stuff. Offline & online capabilities & games with old school lan & online capabilities. Just add all the features & make the games & consoles awesome & they will win!!! The OG xbox had amazing games that need to be brought back like Crimson Skys & Mech Assault & so many more & make then Xbox Series Exclusives. The 360 had amazing games that need to be brought back & all the new studios xbox has need to be used for Xbox & PC only exclusives. They do this & make Everyone happy. They will win big if they do this. Halo & Gears & Forza & Fable & everything from Activision & Blizzard, except for COD because of the deal but everything else make exclusive. Tell Phill & Xbox!! Take the xbox 360 direction & use that strategy & make good exclusives & consoles & we will all want Xbox.

I was on the fence about PS5 or XSX. Coming from an Xbox one and being a previous Xbox 360 owner I never owned a PlayStation but I was considering a PS5 (I like the controller) but the deciding factor was backwards compatibility of the games and controllers, better specs (and design in my opinion) and the price. I caught one on sale brand new for $349 keeping my library is important. The XSX is just a better machine and ecosystem,. Social media and the internet would lead you to believe it’s a bad device but the build quality is excellent, quick resume is underrated and I love that I can still play my old games and go back and snatch up some 360 games I loved. I’m not a fan of subscription services but you can’t ignore gamepass and the value it brings. I agree both consoles need more games and it’s far too early for next gen console talk. We need more games and even then I probably wont upgrade based on how this generation is going.

This was a wasted gen, in my opinion. We haven't gotten any bangers for either console. I would have kept both my one x and ps4 if I was able to see the future.

Gotta love the xbox /ps5 fan boys taking potshots at each other.
The gaming industry is in the doldrums for so many reasons that tend to stem from the desire for maximising profit for shareholders /owners and ignoring the fact that gaming grows with innovation and experimentation. Covid created an artificial spike that publishing houses felt was going to run forever when any fule knew it was going away once lockdown vanished.
Big monopolies are bad for the consumer and until they are dealt with the worse things will be. The returns diminishing each year.
I wait for the time when the consoles are all essentially game limited pcs.
We need a n industry not run by bean counting accountants but by gaming innovators.

I have both Xbox: Series X, and PS5. Honestly, I play my Xbox more than the PS5. Sony keeps releasing remasters/remakes, and because I'm a collector...yeah, I'll buy the physical copies, but most of PS5's library are games we've all played on the PS4. I can do much more with my Series X than I can with my PS5.

Xbox has to work on their reliability of their features. I am getting tired of friends list issues. Party failures, and overall lag on basic console functions. I own all three modern systems from the big three. Xbox almost always has the most issues going on.

I lost my copy of omori when they took it off the store due to the false and unjustified allegations against omocat, no refund, no message, nothing. I have since bought a lower end pc and only use my Xbox as basically a DVR and YouTube machine, I'm better off selling it and purchasing a roku

I challenge both Ray and Jimmy to build your own console from the ground up. Then program your best game for that console . Then make it available for people to try and see if it lives up to your ridiculous standards. Prove to us you know anything about anything your talking about.
