For now give AOC the job for next year, he has the same type of play as Goff. Not saying he will play like Goff but there a good chance. We need to get two inside guys like JPJ and a good solid tackle. And if AOC can not get it done when having JPJ in the middle and two beasts on either side. there will be a better QB class in 2026.. They get a good rookie RB in the draft; 3rd round maybe 4th and pair him up with McCormick. Then we'll have RB room that can go play the hot hand. A Great right guard mauls Thru, sucks up the LB then, throwing a slant right behind him. I would be good play. There are plenty of player if coached correct can make this . They are close. The rouse at this point is that the Raiders have to find a QB, they don't. give the D players we have extension as best we can to get them back. Good spot for now to close this.

Thing is with good offensive coordinators are that they get poached for head coaching positions, so then you’d have to constantly establish a new offensive system

Brian Flores! He was a senior defensive assistant and linebackers coach with the Steelers for the 2022 season. Minnesota grabbed him in February 2023 and he’s held opponents to 19.5 points and 335.4 yards per contest. During 10 years with the Pats, he was dc, oc, and also ahc, getting four rings in the process. Besides, he has something to prove.

Raiders need to stop letting top talent walk away..I.e. JJ Josh Jacobs, RB, Perreymam, front line defense….Team ownership needs stability and poise like it used to to have decades ago…otherwise just sell the damn franchise!

many reasons why Ben should choose the bears over the raiders, they jus have a better team by far, sure the org is a mess but if you want to succeed on ur first year as a coach the bears job is a lot more appealing

There does not appear to be that once in a generation QB in this draft, so I can't see trading up to get a rookie with "potential" Stay at six and pick the best player available. Perhaps the running back from Boise State Ashton Jeanty he Boise State star averaged 7.1 yards per carry, and he didn't have a single game with fewer than 125 rushing yards during the regular season, and ran for 2,601 yards. Then invest in O-Line talent and a QB keep AOC .

Bring in the right HC and OC and i still think we can make a good QB out of AoC. Draft someone in Rd 2 and bring him on for a year.
We could look at free agency or a trade for a vet QB for a year too. As long as we steer clear of the Sanders circus, we have had too many distractions over the years, Let's just get heads down and build a solid, winning team culture.

The 2025 draft doesn't have a franchise QB available. I'd MUCH rather give AOC an opportunity with a real offensive mind in his 3rd year. Remember, he was buried on the depth chart as a rookie and received no experience until he was asked to start, with Josh McDaniels running the show. Barf. Then he was stuck with Luke Getsy, who should never have been hired. Even worse, the team started Minshew even though the league knows he's a backup. The Raiders need to build out the roster and actually see if AOC can be the guy. Worst case sceenario the 2026 draft class should offer far better QB options than this year.
