Q1. What it means?
Q2. I didn't receive any discrepancy and didn't replied to them. But as per Re-scrutiny: Application is under process again with reply sent by you. Why status is showing as Re-scrutiny? Please help me on this

5. If the application is being filed through attorney , a specific Power of Attorney in original duly signed by the applicant and accepted by the attorney
