MCDC’s vision realized by having a team culture that permeates the entire organization; owner, GM, HC, Coaching Staff, Athletes and support personnel (Conditioning and Medical Staff. They’ve been able to plug and play players from other team’s practice squads and get desired results; the win. 💯🙌🏾🏆

I think Shelia will give them a raise so big that they will not leave.

I must confess, I bought into the RAMPANT Brad Holmes criticism when he picked Gibbs #12 in 2023 draft. He proved EVERYBODY wrong.

Yooooooooo

Honestly the reason I’m not too upset about Goff’s lack of MVP consideration is that the Lions are THAT well-rounded of a team.

Consider this: if the lions played the bills in the Super Bowl, you’d probably think our odds of winning are around 50%, give or take some. But, if Goff and Josh Allen both had to sit the game out, which way do you think the line would move? I think the Lions would suddenly be a BIG favorite to win.

Josh Allen is singularly way more valuable to the Bills than Jared Goff to the Lions. Without Goff, I still think the Lions put up 25+, while an Allen-less Bills team I expect <20

This is just the beginning. The Lions are not going anywhere!

The only good news is that I will be going back to the Philippines for vacation soon

I prayed for no1 to get injured against the Vikings, God answers prayers 🙌🏽 my favorite part of this is proving the nick wrights, and achos and chase Daniels and Paul pierces and joy Taylors of the world wrong each week
@boblangeland1333 January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
Boy I can't decide between the offensive output, or the defense holding it together with the injury plague as the most impressive part of the season
@stevensmith8151 January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
I’m wondering if Sheila is even trying to retain the coaching staff. Everybody in the world is taking it as a fait accompli that they are gone. Is it a forgone conclusion? Am I the only person who thinks “offer them the sun and the moon to stay “??
@robertvanderbaan3722 January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
It's very clear to me. Every game is a superbowl to Detroit.
@DanielMoss-fi4sc January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
For stats the one I like is that they are the first team ever to have 4 players with over 1,000 all purpose yards. St. Brown, JAMO, Montgomery and Gibbs.
@DanielMoss-fi4sc January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
The most impressive thing about this team is overcoming the injuries long term. If look at the 49ers and they have had a number injuries as well. They have fallen apart. To overcome injuries in the short term is doable, but in most cases it catches up with you. The Lions have just kept rolling along.
@joshuagreen3536 January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
The whole team effort, how they play for each other.
@willzuo5976 January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
What impresses me is that they’re scared of absolutely no one. They believe they will win every game…and that kind of confidence and belief usually creates a champion. What is even more apparent is that they totally trust one another.
@-laydeeintrigue- January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
After decades of us breaking all the wrong records, hearing this year's stats broken down like this has me completely in my Honolulu Blue feels.
@MsMandalion January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
I heard that some of the lions fans heard about the Vikings selling the tickets, and they were buying them back from the Vikings.
@trentonstallings2095 January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
They never wavered. They “stayed the course” and look what they accomplished. Banged up or not they believe in Jared and Dan and it has paid huge dividends. Put the talent to the side and just look at how the players responded to situations and you can see the faith in each other.

👑 DETROIT LIONS👑
@stonyonekenobi January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
If Dan Campbell doesn't win Coach of the Year this year, it will be a total snub. He's turned this franchise around and should have gotten in any of the last 3 years so he needs to get it at some point.
@TheHawk--oe8iq January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
What impresses me the most about these Lions is how the Lions defense is playing 'off the chart,' and that includes the depth chart. Opposing teams' offenses can't prepare against our Lions defense because the Lions defense have a revolving door on injured reserve.
@aspalovin January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
The most impressive thing to me is... I've seen and heard the 'we are a team' shtick a bunch of times across all sports and it rings true to a point but the Lions have walked the walk. The culture built is awe inspiring. Everyone on and off the field is an MVP no matter what this year. AND Please.. Hold this coaching staff together one more season!
@teddyxruxpin January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
great stats!
@bobsilentjay7611 January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
I'm hope to God Terrion can come back and play for us in the playoffs. Going through another post-season with Vildor as one of our starting CBs makes me want to throw up. Lol
@bobsilentjay7611 January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
Honestly, the NFL is so lucky we got so banged up this season. We would've walked through everybody.
@surrenasinghmotivates2478 January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
The effectiveness of the pass and the run game and the un breakable defense

It's because coaches aren't beholden to a cba. They can negotiate whenever with whomever.
@ericpalmu9694 January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
I have been a Lions fan since 1963! There are millions of us around the world. The most important quality is the team humility. They think of each other more than themselves. Priceless!
@ChuckFinlan January 7, 2025 - 9:01 pm
The culture and coaching has been impressive. What the coaching staff has done one the defensive side of the ball has been has been amazing when you consider all of the personnel changes due to injury. Not an easy task.
