The football world cup is the most outstanding trophy and the highest of the highs compared to all other sports.
Also, this is very American-biased. The UEFA champions league should be in the top five.
WC should be #1 because the winning team receive the wc trophy and a gold medal on each player while the winning olympian just receives a gold medal.
