BARBELL SQUATS
Sets: 2 x 6-12
Rest: 2 Minutes

LAYING LEG CURLS
Sets: 2 x 10-12
Rest: 45 sec

DECLINE GOBLET SQUATS
Sets: 2 x 8-12
Rest: superset
SUPERSET WITH:
STANDING CALF RAISE
Sets: 2 x 12-16
Rest: superset

LEG EXTENSIONS
Sets: 2 x 10-12
Rest: 45 sec

WALKING LUNGES
Sets: 2 x 12 (L/R)
Rest: 60 sec
