hi guys, i noticed that in your top 10 video for 2016, which was released later, energy empire did not fair as well as it seemed it would. did subsequent plays change your opinion of the game?

I like your style of mixing the explanation and opinion; commenting as you go. That and the back and forth between you 2 makes this a unique style (I think) as far as BG coverage goes.

Damn it. This costs a fortune in the UK. sadly after watching your best of 2016 vid I realised that my wife and I share your exact taste in games. I am now £60 poorer.........thanks, I think! sort of wish the box wasn't so brightly coloured though so I could use the "that one love? No, that's been in there ages" trick.😅

Great video guys! One thing I noticed with past videos is that in his excitement David would sometimes interrupt and talk over Jeremy. With this video that didn't really occur. It seems you guys are getting your timing down and really hitting your stride. Keep up the great work!

Never played the "original" game, mainly due to the theme. This seems more interesting. One major question I have is how impactful the dice are.

So Jeremey, did Energy Empire eclipse the original for you? I know the two games aren't identical and that there's probably room for both in a collection, but your teaser at the beginning of the video has be curious!

Rahdo in his review said the 2 player game left a lot to be desired from the standpoint of "you can get everything done" by the end of the game. I'm not sure if the game changed in development since his review, but that is a big turnoff for me. Games like this should push you in a certain direction, not all directions (Government, Industry, and Commerce).
