I detest the haptic garbage on the DualSense controller, and the stupid motion crap as well. Being forced to use these 'features' just yanks me out of whatever game I'm playing and its clear that 3rd party game devs feel the same as none of those features are used for what sony intends, just glorified buttons (touchpad) or ignored altogether.

PS Stats? Sold 80m consoles but we are not happy with the DS2 sells.PS right now needs games ASAP cause PS users are losing pattience and if by mid 2025 they drop only DS2+Yotei things won't look good and if that new Xbox Controller with the heptic feedback is anything simillar or better to the PS5 then am buying it 100% even tho i own the base module of the Xbox on my PC and honestly am with the Digsite Team on that cause whiel ain't cool to put those leaks on public they had to be paid for their work cause this days nothing and noone is working for free

Make the next xbox controller have the same rubber grips as the elite series 2. They are so comfortable and dont look as corny as the new leaked controllers.

I'm excited to see the improvements in the New controller as the Xbox already has the impulse triggers/rumble motors that can emit distinct vibrations depending on what you are doing in-game, even going so far as to give players a sense of directionality through the feedback.
These are in the chassis of the controller itself making it like the Duel sense I can see it being better but I don't know how significant it will be.

Never do work without a contact... Don't do free work hoping that it'll turn to paid work unless you're prepared to not get paid.

A lot of people hope passion work turns into paid work and they should make that known.

I don't know I heard haptic feedback controllers kill batteries this is what I heard I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing imagine having to replace batteries all of the time or charging your battery on paper sounds good but implemented it sounds bad

I just hope I don't need to upgrade hardware every second year. So I hope the focus will be cloud gaming technology. Cloud gaming run flawless. But Xcloud need to show better quality

I love my Series S and Game Pass Ultimate. I never moved to PS5 after the PS4 generation. But what I'll never understand, is how the Xbox controller is considered ergonomically designed well. I find several aspects of it just awful. I bought a cheap third party controller to remedy the issue after a long while of seeing if I could change and get used to it. I wish Xbox, like PC, could just use a PS4 controller instead, that would be super. Also, screw buying expensive game pads/converters when something like the DS4 exists.

A new Xbox controller was really needed at the launch of Series X. But they basically perfected the ergonomics of a controller with the Xbox One version. Now they have to upgrade to rechargeable batteries and provide a charging cable. It's time to move on from double AAs.

Kinda makes sense 343 doing the same by taking advantage of free work. Kinda the same mentality still.

In the end Microsoft isn’t Nintendo I don’t see them doing anything about the leak even if they could.

Who is actually going to buy a new XBox console that has no actual exclusives? Why buy it over a Playstation? I also don't care about PC. Sony needs to be doing more there. On the console front there is just no real reason to buy one anymore. Even Microsoft tells you that you don't need one. Do people think that 3rd parties want to hear that? What incentive do they have to port games when even the console maker tells you not to buy one?

Xbox now has the software, we need new and innovative hardware. We need haptic controllers, a native handheld or switch like console as well as next gen stuff in 2026
