There was no ppls on new yrs eve 2024 and Las Vegas is boring I was there and so we went home the same days 1/1/2025
People need to boycott Vegas they are so greedy to increase everything from resort fees to parking fees and other bogus fees

How stupid are they charging a Resort Fee? That's an obvious money grab. They can't pass $45 room increase? Most people who come to Vegas dont stay just one night so that "Resort Fee" could be collected by an additional $5-$10 bucks a night, still bad but a lot easier to stomach. I love Vegas but I have too many casinos in my area to gamble in and enjoy and several get me home in my own bed. Yeah, its not the same but the minute they slapped all the extra crap on top of room charge, we opted out of Vegas and instead spend our money closer to home.
I agree with @SaltySouthTexan! Corporate greed on the strip. Avoid the strip and stay D-town support the locals of Vegas. Thanks Jacob for the 411 on Vegas happs.
Vegas is still cheap only for Asians and Europeans comming out of the states… 2018 Rio cost like $13 the resort fee… $59 the carnival buffet for 24 hrs!!!

With several CASINOS in the INLAND EMPIRE of Southern California … no reason to spend the GAS MONEY and take HOURS getting to Las Vegas just to be hit with JUNK FEES, POORER ODDS, and HIGH TABLE LIMITS
More and more viewers are leaving comments about PRICE POINTS in Las Vegas as I watch many videos to know … some say they will visit less or not at all due to affordability. We have seen prices go up … with added JUNK FEES even. It's great that Las Vegas has some higher price options to choose from … but there are visitors who still count on those "VEGAS DEALS." It's too bad Las Vegas has changed to become less affordable for more and more people … hospitality is about welcoming and service to many and that is what made Las Vegas grow from its very beginning

Who can afford to gamble after paying ALL the resort and junk fees? Stop the bait and switch, and just outright OVERCHARGE us for renting your hotel rooms, or eating in your restaurants…..

i literally don't see any reason for most californians to stop at primm etc except to fill up gas / rest stop. it's basically 30-40 mins away from vegas, might as well just continue on to the city

We go to Vegas every year for Christmas but we passed this year because the room prices were ridiculous this year compared to last year
I live 1.3 hours from LV. It used to be a fun bargain. Now, with all the BS "fees" and constant price increases, I rarely visit.
Looks like Vegas is becoming less and less of a destination for me in the future. I used to go at least twice a year. Now i am questioning. it's even worth it anymore. :/
It's all Joe Biden's fault when he declared war on Americas energy the whole country went to hell and now every store is charging 20 dollars more for anything, same goes for the strip. The strip is for Americas idiots. Local pubs are better and pay better.
The parking fees will be the death of these casinos since I will never pay it to visit there.
I remember when I visited Las Vegas in 2013 and I booked through Expedia and it said our hotel price included "ALL RATES AND FEES" and then we got hit with like a $30 per night "Resort Fee" I was livid… what part off ALL do they not understand?

Resort fees are a rip off which is why I only stay at hotels with no resort fees such as Four Queens.

I always loved going to Vegas, the feel you get there is something no local casino can give you, but just like Walt Disney World their pricing out the middle class citizens.
The Vegas my wife and I loved 4 times a year for 20 years is long gone. It’s lost its magic, charm, and fun. The entertainment Vegas provides is far less than it was and the prices are so much higher. Hence, Vegas loses our $40,000 spend per year, and sadly, it could not care less. By today’s Vegas standards, myself, my wife, and our money aren’t worth the effort.

I can remember being able to go to Vegas for a long weekend with $500.00 and that was more than enough. Plus you could win enough at the slots to cover your dinner. That was before the corporations took over though.
What's ironic is that the gaming revenues keep declining because the corporations don't understand that the casino is what keeps the lights on, so you want to get as many people playing as you can. That means you had to be cheap enough at other things so they'd have more money to gamble with.
Sure lose $20.00 on surf and turf dinner, and with the money you saved come into the casino and we can take your mortgage payment. These corprations just seem to never understand that
