Great list but you could've added 30 days off night, paranormal activity, Dawn of the Dead rentals, etc

@sivak2062 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

these arent horror movies. its like ghost attack movies

@rebeccamcdermott9259 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

Seriously, why isn't Train to Busan in this list?. It definitely deserved a spot in the top five.

@justinmorena5589 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

Drag me to hell was awful. Like all you did was mention the plot and had nothing else to say about it. Why was it even on this list..

@ALBERTMWANZIA January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

where is linda blair

@mohsenjavadi6655 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

No siniste No Smile????

@josh72456 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

From the list Iโ€™ve seen Black Swan, The Descent, Drag Me To Hell, A Quiet Place, The Invisible Man, Final Destination, The Babadook, The Ring (2002), It Follows, The Cabin In The Woods, Saw, IT, 28 Days Later, The Conjuring, Get Out and Hereditary. I disagree with a few, the ones from the 2010โ€™s. Honourable mentions Ginger Snaps, American Psycho 25 years old this like Final Destination I know one is more psychological and Dog Soldiers is an honourable mention too.

@marco6703 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

THE SHINING

@raiden19832009 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

Sinister ? Insidious? Midsomar ? You ยด re next?

@WaelWael-n2j January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

No "insidious "?

@jamesharker2033 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

I disagree with Pearl being better than X. It was … slow, boring. I finished watching it wondering why I wasted my time.

@stephenjacewicz4594 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

Insidious, Paranormal Activity, V/H/S 2 and Beyond, Rec, Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum, Pearl, Smile 1 and 2, The Mist, IT 2017, The Conjuring, the 28 Days Later films, Your Next, The Cabin In The Woods, The A Quiet Place films, Get Out, Nope, The Invisible Man, Slither, Thanksgiving, Scream 6, Heridatary, Trick R Treat, Final Destination, Jeepers Creepers and many more are greats.

@charlieXX14 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

no Sinister? ๐Ÿ’€

@zacharyscott6779 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

I enjoyed "Get Out" upon first viewing, but something that continues to bother me as years pass is that its racial tones are what people are talking about, not the horror aspects of the film. Not trying to downplay racism at all, but take that out of Get Out, and is it a movie we still talk about? Or does it have longevity simply because it it has a hot button issue as its main topic?

@JanerAndArchibald January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

This list loses all credibility when The Exorcist isnโ€™t even mentioned.

@PackRanger85 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

No House of 1000 Corpses or Devils Rejects?

@spatchmo6938 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

There are lots of omissions here that should be included in "best of horror" lists. I see people mentioning a bunch like Insidious and Doctor Sleep, I would like to mention the remake of Suspiria from 2018 starring Dakota Johnson and Tilda Swinton. It's easily among my favorite movies from the last two decades

@renzohm2909 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

The Devils Rejects??????

@noemimarchiotti8851 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

Where is Sinister? That one's one of the best of all time.

@cortexblackk January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

tired of hereditary receiving so much praise, I understood the movie however it really is so boring.

the descent should be much higher, in my opinion it has everything a horror movie should have.. claustrophobia, darkness, gore, jump scares, suspenseful, great storyline and ending, good cast.

@princessstomper8068 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

Fantastic list! I'm looking forward to seeing Nosferatu, Smile 2 and Alien Romulus (hopefully within the next few days). To the best-of-the-century list, I'd add Oddity, The Substance, Doctor Sleep, The Empty Man, The Black Phone, Scream V, and Ready or Not

@nicholasmarino7375 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

Garbage ass list

@MetalMakeupxo January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

How is drag me to hell on the list but not insidious! Drag me to hell sucked! It was more of a comedy than horror ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

@Sonar_125 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

Hereditary is so well made. The lead actress did a tremendous job. The movie is not your typical in your face horror movie type but the eerie atmosphere sets the movie apart from other typical horror movies.

@Sonar_125 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

No zombie movie can ever beat 28 days later franchise. It still scares me to this day.

@betinarex6778 January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

The Terrifier movies are sooooo bad, the acting is bad and they are not scary at all, it was a waste of time

@OfficialMoin January 2, 2025 - 10:37 pm

7:32 Pure Underrated Class! โค
