While the internet has brought some amazing resources to help us get fit, it’s also created a lot of misinformation, toxic trends, and unhealthy standards that we need to address.

From fitness influencers promoting unrealistic body standards, to silly exercises that only serve the purpose of getting views, the online fitness space isn’t always the helpful environment it’s made out to be. I’ll break down 5 toxic elements of this community and explain how they’re hurting beginners, creating confusion, and hindering real progress for people trying to get fit and healthy.

Mind this btw, people LIKE Jesse James West ALSO have great genetics. For buildling muscle, being lean, etc etc. But reaching for Mike O'Tren is something you'll never reach.
