You mentioned how you lost a lot of progress from going to hospital, i would like to do some math to put things into perspective.
Let's say you're suddently in the hospital, you cannot work out or eat anything. What's gonna happen over the span of 1 week.
Let's say your base metabolic rate is 2500 kcal's a day. That would be a total of 17500 calories you're missing out on in said week. there's 7700 kcal's in 1 kg of bodyfat. That means you would lose 2.27 kg over the span of 7 days of eating nothing. obviously that's theoretical and realistically you're probably gonna get at least half of your calories in. therefore half the weight loss.
in terms of muscle mass, if you could eat decently well (enough protein) you probably wouldn't lose any mass at all. possibly even putting on some muscle in that period. in fact, with a moderately okay diet, it would probably take up to 2 weeks before muscle breakdown would occur.
Point being, don't stress it about losing all your progress all at once, it wont happen. And even if it ever did, your new found habits and your experience would help you get back on track way faster that it took to achieve things in the first place.

Inspiring transformation! It honestly amazes me how a thin boy at the beginning of the video achieved a solid muscular physique. Now it's my turn to put some meat. I am fed up of looking like a lollipop. I have been going to the gym for three weeks now, and I also got myself a meal plan (I got it from site named Onlymeal btw) and I am really satisfied. It's like a perfect fitness assistant. I hope I will make it and make myself proud at least once in my life!!
