Great content Jay. The last one, MEDX DIP, is finisher for chest and triceps, or only for triceps? Seated dip machines are mainly designed to focus on triceps, so I'm curious about MedX Dip.

Proving once again that super slow 1 set to failure doesn’t work. Jay is the same size as he was 5 years ago despite being on TRT.

7. Chest Press Machine
8. Triceps Extension Machine
9. Biceps Curl Machine

try doing that for an hour. No es posible!

Keep ascending Jay! Hope to meet you in Tampa someday and train with you. I'm learning that training with a trainer or reliable training partner is a great way to get past mental barriers and get to 100% intensity! Love this Jay and keep it up!
